    It’s been a good purifier and humidifier but you really need to be gentle and loading the water tank cause if it’s a little off it won’t work

    From sleepless nights waking up with a dry scratchy throat, to getting a great nights sleep. This machine has made such a difference I can believe I waited this long. Easy to use , 3 day run time, and moves air with ease. 10/10 would recommend.

    The humidifier could be more effective. it does not raise the humidity by much. And setting the time zone feature is not logical.

    I bought this machine thinking since it's more expensive, it would give me less problems later; but just after a week of use, Dyson suggested to return the product. I've had almost all Dyson products, but I never had luck with their humidifiers. I replaced three PH01s which gave me problems by the end of each year. Luckily, they're good with their warranty on replacing their faulty machines, but all three of them? So now, with this one, I was more careful with it, using distilled water and keeping it dry when refilling the water, and after two days on auto mode on both (purifier and humidity), the fan was always on high speed. I contacted Dyson right away and recommended to get back to them after a week since the machine is collecting data and cleaning the air, etc. And EVERY day, I would refill the water because the fan speed would never go down. I finally scheduled it to run on auto during night time only because it was distracting during the day. This was the same thing that happened to all PH01s that's why I wanted to correct the problem before wasting a $900+ machine.

If you are using the machine in auto mode, it will adjust airflow speed and humidification based on the sensor readings it's picking up in your home. It does sound like it'd been detecting your air as rather dry, which is why you're seeing the water level go down, and the fan speed stay in the upper airflow speeds.     I ordered the humifiier/purifier and after a day and a half had multiple issues. #1 the humidly wouldn't go past 40% even with a setting of 60%. #2 within in a day the water pump broke #3 when I put on auto mode it stays on fan level 10 even when the air quality is good (this can be way too chilly during the day). I called Dyson and their service is beyond atrocious. The people don't really know what they're talking about, they simply just go through troubleshooting questions already laid out for them with you. The individual that helped me seemed lost and didn't help at all. He ended up saying I should return it. I'VE ONLY HAD THE MACHINE A DAY. I end up replacing the machine with another machine and am having the same problems. humidity isn't adjusting to the % level I specify and when I press auto mode it automatically goes to 10 and doesn't adjust. I'm going to give it a few more days and will likely end up returning again. I don't get why there's so many issues with his product. Absolutely ridiculous for the almost 1k price tag.

    Terrible! This machine does NOT do what it is supposed to do. My neighbors smoke tobacco. The smell of it comes over and the clothing absorbs it. weve tried every air cleaner you can find to no avail. You could not even tell we had it on,. For this price im very disappointed in its performance

    I'm obsessed with the PH04. The only drawback is that you cannot set the temperature you want the room to stay at. That capability would make it perfect in every aspect.

    First machine lasted 7 months and 3 trips to service center, then was replaced with a new machine which lasted 4 months to the day. They are now mailing me a 2nd replacement in just a little over 1 year. Absolutely unreliable. Great machine when it works, but spends more time in Dyson’s shop than in my home. Cannot recommend this expensive product to anyone.

    This is well worth the money. I hated the fact that i spent this much money on it, but its amazing. Makes my entire home feel better and definitely helps out families allergies.

    It’s worth the price! Has helped my childhood with breathing better at night and I love the fan and easy to use, I don’t have to constantly fill up the water tank like others, this will last several days!

    I have always had trouble breathing and waking up with dry mouth and nose and day 1 since i got this i didnt have any problems. This has been great.
