HORRIBLE squeaking/grinding noises at any speed. The humidifier option on one also broke and I've tried every recommended fix I could find (still broken). One is in my bedroom and I need to turn it off to sleep, the other is in our living room and I haven't turned it on in weeks since the sound is unbearable. Customer service has been as close to useless as any company I've ever dealt with. After HOURS of chat, calls, and typing unreturned emails, I was finally told to drive the units to a service center that's an hour away. Used to be a big fan of Dyson with 8 different products bought, but this might be my last given how horrible my experience has been. Do better Dyson.

Not a well made product. Defective and noisy

Very disappointing that Dyson would release such a bad product at this price point

We didn’t intend on this one, but the one we had our eye on was sold out. So glad we decided to go with it.

Even if it had maintained RH, that would have been something, but for nearly $1,000 the value was not remotely there.
