If you live in rural areas, you’ll know what I’m talking about. I turn it off and starts back up normal then after about a half an our the weird sound come back. Crazy that something that costs this exorbitant can be so buggy. I should’ve heeded the other reviews.

And even though at the beginning of explaining my complaint. A recording came on and explained to me not to give personal information over the phone, and that a Dyson representative Would not ask for personal information.. My representative repeatedly asked for personal information and did nothing to help me get my thousand dollar humidifier working again! I wouldn’t recommend Dyson to anyone! Furthermore, I wouldn’t buy any Dyson product for any reason!

The concept was great , one Stylish product that was a Purifier, humidifier and Fan all in one. The coverage was INADEQUATE, and the performance lacking in ALL areas. The Humidifier never got above 31% but that was probably due to the coverage area being so limited. My space was less than 400 Ft. I returned it.

I don't know if its a Factory defect,but I have contact the Dyson Store in Creve Coeur ,Missouri.The person Ispoked with said I had to call back when the noise starts back. So Im hoping bytuesday the noise startsbackup so he can see if someone can troubleshoot it. If that doesn't work Ijust want another one. Before my 30 days are up

1 year later and nothing but problems
