    The machine makes a constant noise to the point I have to unplug it. The filters are a pain to change out and clean. Really wish I bought a different brand on this one.

    I spent $1000 on a humidifier that worked for one month and stopped working, and Dyson refused to assist properly. And even though at the beginning of explaining my complaint. A recording came on and explained to me not to give personal information over the phone, and that a Dyson representative Would not ask for personal information.. My representative repeatedly asked for personal information and did nothing to help me get my thousand dollar humidifier working again! I wouldn’t recommend Dyson to anyone! Furthermore, I wouldn’t buy any Dyson product for any reason!

    I'm from Nevada. It's super dry here, and we paid for this machine because we hope it will help with the humidifier part. Everything was in order and worked well, but after like 4 months the humidifier stop working. I mean the water is in the tank but the system doesn't work.

    Great evaporative humidifier. The pump is prone to breaking so be careful while refilling the tank. Even while running the cleaning cycle instructions say to move the water around vigorously but don’t do it as it will most likely break the pump and Dyson support is appaling

    I have had nothing but problems with this product. I will be on my 4th one and Dyson does not seem to care. They will keep sending me new ones. I was warned today that this is my last new one. Do they really think I enjoy hauling this thing to the UPS store? I have had 3 different machines. I would have the same issue with the clean cycle. I would barely use and it would make me run a “clean” cycle and then it simply wouldn’t work. The one I have now does not even humidify. I have been running the unit at 50% humidity and the unit is only 29% after 8 hours. The water level didn’t even go down after a week. The only thing that works is the fan. Save yourself some money and skip it. Wish I did.
