    We bought one of these in Dec of 2022. It stopped working by Feb of 2023. Dyson sent a replacement - which has also stopped working. It's Apr of 2023. This was a VERY EXPENSIVE MISTAKE

    I was very happy with the product for the first two weeks. 2 weeks in and the oscillation went out. After having them try to troubleshoot on the phone by resetting it, it now won’t connect to my wifi. There is a warranty but now I have to drive 30 minutes each way to take it to a repair shop and if they don’t just replace it or fix it right then it will become 2 hours driving to get a product that is 2 weeks old fixed.

      Hello Greg, this is Kelly with Dyson. I'm so sorry to hear that after just a few weeks of use, you began to experience issues with the oscillation function on your PH04. Unlike our purifiers which oscillate from the base up, the Dyson Purifier Humidify+Cool has two oscillating channels within the amplifier loop. If the other functions of your remote control are working fine, and the oscillation has stopped, that could be a bigger issue we'd need to look further into for you.     I mainly wanted this to help with pet allergies but I didn't notice a difference when the Dyson was on or off.

      Hi there, this is David with Dyson. Dyson PH04 has been designed with a catalytic filter to destroy formaldehyde continuously, while also capturing pollutants and allergens. The included HEPA filter captures 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns in size, while the activated carbon filter removes gases and odors.     The idea behind this is amazing, however spending almost one thousand dollars and replacing 3 times already since January that’s a problem. I might be getting some defective products or the product actually sucks. When it works it’s amazing, I have this in my bedroom and the humidity level doesn’t get higher then 30% and it’s constantly running all night all day. The water needs to be replaced daily and if you go away for a weekend forget about it working and getting the levels needed. Again spending this much money and getting a horrible product and the only product in this level is just insane. Sadly the only good thing about the product is it’s warranty

    First, a strong smell, Dyason replaced it, now a noise, I actually don't want to have this product anymore, I would return it if possible

    Terrible quality controls

    Long story short, Dyson is not the company you would buy a purifier from. I had 5 replacements, and the sensors/network connections just won't work. They also delayed my replacement for weeks until i filed the BBB complaint. I spent more time talking with their customer services than using the purifier, not to mention you have to pack them, take to ups and ship back before they even initiate the replacement shipment. Just good luck if you decided to buy.

    Too expensive for what I needed it for. I was thinking it would be more of an air conditioner and cool more but it is really just a fan. The purifying elements are great but not the main use I was looking for at the time.

    Waste of money. Humidifier doesn’t actually humidify. Air purifier is good but you can get the same quality in another brand for 1/10th of the price.
