    Elite level fan/purifier/humidifier/app. After a frustrating start with Dyson, I upgraded to this product and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I got it on sale on Black Friday, but I would have paid full price if it wasn’t on sale. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely

    Don't Buy Dyson!!!!!!

    Failed after one week. Could not achieve RH over 38% even with fan on highest setting all the time. Room size is 16' x 16' and sealed. Unit is now at the Dyson Service for the last 2 weeks. They say it may be another week. I can no longer return the item to Best Buy as it is now past 15 days. It seems to be a waste of $900. I understand the no product is perfect and repairs may be necessary in some cases. However the Customer service is so poor its not worth paying a premium price for Dyson Products.

    Not Worth the Price

    The display didn’t work and the humidity level didn’t go above 34%. I ordered a replacement and decided to cancel because of the poor performance. I canceled the order over 40 days ago still haven’t been reimbursed. Dyson Customer Service is no help and will give you the run around. Do not purchase from Dyson.

      Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to hear that you're experienced some trouble with your Purifier Humidify+Cool Formaldehyde - PH04. With regard to humidity, the machine can reach 70% humidity, but getting to this target depends on environmental conditions like the size and ventilation of the room, and the relative humidity of the surrounding air.  Even when the machine is working properly, it can naturally be harder to reach a target humidity if the air is relatively dry to begin with, if it’s an “open” environment where non-humidified air is flowing in, etc. 

      It's unusual to hear that right out of the box, the machine's display did not work properly.
