Not Worth the Price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The display didn’t work and the humidity level didn’t go above 34%. I ordered a replacement and decided to cancel because of the poor performance. I canceled the order over 40 days ago still haven’t been reimbursed. Dyson Customer Service is no help and will give you the run around. Do not purchase from Dyson.

Posted .Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to hear that you're experienced some trouble with your Purifier Humidify+Cool Formaldehyde - PH04. With regard to humidity, the machine can reach 70% humidity, but getting to this target depends on environmental conditions like the size and ventilation of the room, and the relative humidity of the surrounding air. Even when the machine is working properly, it can naturally be harder to reach a target humidity if the air is relatively dry to begin with, if it’s an “open” environment where non-humidified air is flowing in, etc.
It's unusual to hear that right out of the box, the machine's display did not work properly.
