We have two dogs. As a result, I find myself having problems with the power head, frequently. My wife likes to use he vacuum too much. The head becomes consumed by hair and fails. If she notices, I clean it. If she doesn't, it will fail on her when the head is overtaken by dog hair. I still love it but wish I purchased the animal!!!!!
