Own one of these, primary unit stollen off of charging station in my garage. Actually actually wanted the vacuuming assembly, but had to buy the whole unit. Replaced because this works, is handy and a quality product, although not really good for using to clean a car.

I had read about the Dyson vacuum cleaner and went into Best Buy. There were several models and I was a little confused as to which one to purchase. I talked with a Best Buy sales representative and he found one that fit all of my needs and was still simple to use!!

We have owned several cordless vacuums over the years and have yet to find one that holds up. We started looking at them as disposable. But that’s all over with this workhorse. I can’t believe how much this thing pulls out of our carpet.

this vacuum is perfect if you wan to keep the kitchen and family room without the hassle of the big one. it works well in the floor and carpets, also has a device to help with the moldings and love the handheld vacuum option A little pricey but I have learned that the cheaper ones don't last or work really well

Very well made, much better than competition. Previous ones I had didn't last because of very cheap plastic that does not last. This one is built to last. Cheaper from Best Buy than it would cost to buy a refurbished one elsewhere!

Thanks to this vacuum, I can clean all my rooms and living room more easily than ever. Though this vacuum doesn't include hepa filter and mini motorized roller, considering a reasonable price, I think it is still a good product.

Because of an amazing sale, I decided to purchase this for my office. I already have one for the house that my family really likes. The sale offer was too good to pass up, and I seriously doubt I would have made the purchase otherwise. It's a very good vacuum and the staff really like it as well.

Charging time is longer than the actual battery life when you’re using it. After removing strands of hair from the roller it didnt work anymore, bought it just a month ago.

bough this vac for my wife so it make its way up and down the stair lighter and easier without breaking her back. this is a very light and handy vac yet it is powerful, especially nice with the attachments to reach up to the ceilling.

I was skeptical of cordless vacuums as they have not worked very well in the past but in-laws changed my mind after I used theirs. I was in need of a new vacuum and moving anyway, so I purchased it and it does not disappoint.

Got this for a great price for my husband for Christmas. He had been looking at them - so I knew he wanted one. The delivery time was fantastic. I do almost all my Christmas shopping at Best Buy - the customer service is outstanding.

This is a nice simple vacuum. Just what i needed. Easy to vacuum vinyl flooring and little things... not strong enough for vacuuming the car, i tried it and didnt work well, but i did not purchase for that purpose.

I have had this a few weeks and it is the best vacuum ever! Half my house is laminate flooring and half is carpeted. This vacuum works equally well on both surfaces. It is so worth the cost, and I highly recommend it.

Been bout 2 years since I bought this and it’s still holding up. Some minor issues like hair clamping up on motor but it’s fixable easily. Really strong motor that vacuums up almost anything.

This handheld product is great for cleaning hard to reach corners and stairs. However, it doesn’t last long before you need to charge it again. 3.5 hours is a terribly long time to wait for it to be fully charged.

I love this vacuum for quick small daily clean up around the house. This will NOT replace a corded large vacuum. This will not vacuum my lush living room carpet. Just doesn't work for that. Also the canister is small and requires frequent emptying.
