We have loved ET since it first came out. Originally we had a copy on VHS but those machines are antiquated. We wanted a copy of this classic on Blue-ray/DVD to have it forever. We watch it several times a year. This classic is the greatest and when my children were young they loved it too.

ET was such a great movie from my childhood! I wanted my daughter, soon to be 3, to share the same experience that I did as a child. We love the Blu-ray combo packs! Blu-ray for home, DVD for minivan and Digital for back-up (or me being lazy and not wanting to get up and change disc!)

My children loved this movie as I did back in the 80ies. I bought it for our 8 year old grand daughter as part of her birthday gifts.She and her 10 yr. old brother totally enjoyed the movie with their 33 year old Dad.

Saw this in a drive-in theater back in the day and is still thrilling. Must-own, especially if you have children around. Good quality release. The blu ray and code are for the 2002 original remaster. The 4K is the only new part of this set and I do not have a UHD player or TV to test it yet.

E.T. is the classic movie most of us know about. But, it was time to introduce this great movie to my little one. Sure enough, it delivered as this movie’s legacy and magic continues onto another generation.

I thought when I saw this for the first time as a kid I was blown away. Now I’m blown away in a different way. Seeing this classic movie with such clarity is like seeing it for the first time. Plus Best Buy having exclusive steelbooks is a huge selling point for me.

Got this item on sale and it was well worth adding it to my collection. I’m glad it came with a digital copy as I never really watch the dvd or Blu-ray disks anymore if I don’t need to. Pick it up for a nice movie night and enjoy the show.

This movie is as great now as when it was first released. I took my girls to see this movie when it first came out in the theaters. Bought the VHS to show to my grandkids, and I now have the DVD to show to my newest grandson and two great-grandsons. (To be quite honest, I really bought it for me. Still makes me laugh & cry.)

I grew up with this movie and have followed it from VHS all the way to the now stunning 4k. The transfer on this was top notch and there were things I noticed in the details and background images that I had never noticed before. It was like watching it anew for the first time.

This movie that is a classic that never gets old for any generation. I remember going to the the theater to see this movie when I was 6 years old, and my mother had to get me the VHS which I never got tired of watching as a child. It's fun to now watch it again with my 5 year old that can't get enough of E.T.

I used to watch this movie over and over as a kid. Now that I have my own kids they get to enjoy this movie just as I did. During a visit to Universal Studios years and years ago, I was picked out of a large crowd to ride Elliot's bike in front of the green screen and relive the moment E.T. Makes his bike fly. Now this day I get to tell they kids I rode ET's bike and flew with ET before. I get to say this without any guilt of making up a story. Love the questions I get every time we watch it. It's like ET was my best friend years back. Hahaha

ET is one of my favorite movies of all time but the blu ray is nothing Special but it’s worth buying if you Casual blue ray collector but I Recommend looking around on Amazon for more of there Limited Case releases

I recommend to buy the blue ray edition. It's such a different movie when watching it. It's very clear & the kids love it. To note if you watch this on your ps3 you will have to turn this feature called BD off its under settings labeled BD/DVD. it's only because the movie is old. All newer blue ray movies are fine.

Wanna feel good and relax for a couple of hours by yourself or with the kids. This is the movie. Sci-fi sweetness about young kids finding an extra-terrestrial being in need and helping him.

This was a great buy to get a classic movie I can enjoy,. with today's technology, Blu-Ray! My daughter never saw the original, being only 11, but she was glued to the screen and loved the movie. I, of course, never mind an extra dose or two of this classic, This is worth the money to have the upgraded version.

One of my childhood movies that had a positive impact on my life. A movie about a boy befriending a lost alien and his attempt at trying to get the alien back with his family. And my favorite scene is when they're on their bikes trying to escape the government. Excellent movie!

Who doesn't like E.T.?? This is a classic sci-fi film that was groundbreaking for it's time. It's a must in my collection. I've watched it many, many times over the years! A fantasy trip through childhood.

Who hasn't seen this movie by now? Rather than discuss the story, I'd think its more valuable to discuss this version. You get a DVD and digital copy for $10. For me, thats a free DVD, as I'll mostly watch this on Apple TV. You also get a ton of bonus features.

E.T. is a classic film. I love the stars in this movie. Dee Wallace and Drew Barrymore are great! A great sci-fi and family movie. Got hooked on Reese's from this film.

Of course this film is a classic and needs no review from me, but the 4k HD print looks gorgeous on my 4k Sony TV. The colors really glow. The whole experience will bring out kid in everyone.
