Not sure what is it, it cost when we are buying a prepaid phone,it is the fee and must buy, good thing is not expensive, but still don't understand why this small fee can not be included in the prepaid phone or a prepaid card.

H2O is a good phone company with good pre-paied phone plan. It even includes making phone call to China for free in certain plans.

Works great easy to use. You buy the reboost card call the number on your cell and type the pin. Very simple to use and its cheap.

good to have this peace of mind even if my daughter had no minutes she would still be able to call 911 in any emergency situation

If you have a Verizon prepaid phone, this does the job to enable you to use it. Only for plans that are $35 per month.
