It is a fee that must be added to prepaid phones and cards.

It's cheap, it works. I can receive and make calls.

I hate having to pay all these extra fee's but the 911 fee is understandable because I know they need to make money somehow. You never know when you might need to use 911.

I bought this phone thinking it would be easy. I was totally wrong. Not easy to hold.and operation....not. the phone likes to do whatever it wants. Can't find a case for easy grip.

Phone worked in a pinch until iphone came. Daughter lost phone needed a new phone in between phones since she isnt under a contract..phone did the trick..its a bare bones phone.

But since best buy wants me to review it. I don't agree with the presence of this fee. It's the only negative when buying top up cards.

Assuming that this fee is in regards to emergency services and the money is going where it needs to. Then this fee is fair.

Great to lol at and have in ur pocket but I dislike windows operating system and is very confusing would not reccomend

I truly don't understand why this fee is added to each card purchased, but I have no choice but to pay.
