I don’t think that this should be a charge. It’s already in the phone bill

I would much rather not be charged for calling 911, however it is a must have feature.

I know it says 911 tax but a lot of it probably is skimmed off to the Crooked people that run it. So no definitely not for any kind of taxes like this and I'm not sure why this is given the option to rate it LOL

I bought this as a gift and the phone is always freezing even when answering a call it will freeze. Everyone hyped this phone as being great but it really is not. I will have to get her another phone and the price of this phone is crazy.

I got billed twice for $.86 for an E911 FEE. I bought a LG prepaid cell phone and got overbilled by Best Buy because the agent set up my new phone for me at the Best Buy Cell Phone Center.

Automatic charge for purchasing a cell phone. They ask if you recommend it to a friend. I was not asked if I wanted it. It is automatically added to the bill.

Cricket wireless includes taxes and fees in their plan price so I don't understand why this is an extra charge when you purchase the prepaid card.

How many times do I have to pay this fee? I realize that Best Buy is just an agent here, but the nickle-and-diming of cell fees is ridiculous.

I purchased the prepaid phone to be used as a wifi-only device. It seem very unfair to charge me the E911 fee which I will never use.

Each time this is tacked on for phone purchase or refill card purchases. Adds up. Even DE started charging this.

At least it was cheap. I never even got to use this before it expired. Maybe I should call 911 more...

I think there should be an option to purchase this service instead of paying a fee. Emergency calls should be free!

Unfortunately this is a fee that cant be avoided but the higher the boost card the less fees you'll pay.

The total for service should include the 911 fee. I don't like having to pay extra fees on top of tax!

Recently started adding this to pay for 911 service. The government is always trying to pinch pennies.

You can avoid this fee if you just top off your account through Cricket directly.
