Awesome movie for the kids and great for a movie night

I didn't really care for this movie. It is shot as if from the character's recording devices and I didn't really like that. My 10 year old son seemed to enjoy it, but I thought some of the humor was inappropriate for a child his age.

I liked it but wasn't something I like to see again because I don't care for the camera to be moving and bouncing well trying to watch the movie it was very upsetting to have to see that, gave the movie away.

I kept hoping the movie would get better as it went along but it didn't I wish I had not wasted my money on it. The movie does not have much of a plot and the photography sucks.

This film is geard towards a youger audience. If you have some youngerster in the household I think that they may enjoy it. Other than that I don't really recommend it.

Even though the concept of the character doing the filming was unique I, personally, did not believe how the events played out. The storyline made little sense to me.

I found the film not living up to the hype. It was cute but sglow in plot and did not maintain my interest or desire to add it to my film collection.

This movie is not at all what the previews made it out to be. It took way too long to get started, kids were bored before the "good" part started.

can't really think of anything positive to say about this; the child characters aren't interesting, the kid that narrates the story does a terrible job and sounds bored as he's doing it, the story was a complete rip-off, which is fine if it's at least interesting or entertaining but this wasn't. and the cute little robot/alien? he's not even in it that much. even after the kids find him, he spends most of his time hidden. failed on every level.

I thought the movie was "ok". Felt like it was a child's Blair Witch Project. This movie could have been better, it did have a decent plot.

I would say this movie is a collision of ET and Super 8, and unfortunately doesn't come close to the quality of either.

This is a live action movie, to my dismay. Probably cool for family watching, or children. I didn't like it that much.

This was a bit slow. I had high expectations , the story sparked interest . Just didn't quite deliver .

Would not watch again. Sorry I bought it. Glad I didn't spend the money to see it in theater.

This movie lacks creativity and is very boring. After the first 30 minutes I was about to fall asleep. Does not contain any suspense or climax that would hold your attention. Lack interesting material. This was a bad choice for me to buy or watch this movie. This is just my opinion as everyone has different taste. I expected this to be much better.

I wasn't really interested in the movie, kind of slow paced till it got to the end. it was okay.

Not the most interesting. Thought it was more of an animated film. Wouldnt reccomend.

Wish they showed more of Echo. Average movie that could have been way cooler AND CUTER
