Great investment. If you're looking for a Peleton at half the price, this is the bike to purchase.

The bike is great. Works great, was easy to setup.

The two guys Who came to set up the bike did not set the bike up right the handlebars were on backward seat would swivel from side to side They did not put the weight rack on the back of the bike. I had to bring their attention to it they also left a piece of packaging on the back wheel that prevents the wheel from turning during shipment when I got up that evening to do my First work out. The tension control that controls the speed was not working.

Great bike. Love the variety of classes. Highly recommend.

Love this bike. My wife and I ride everyday. We have our kids ride for 20 mins a day of exercise before they can watch TV. It took some days to get the body adjusted to riding I would suggest in buying bike shorts!

Exceptional product and quick delivery! Awaiting rewards points and service is challenging to get in contact with although the product is above par!

The mechanical part of the bike seems to be just fine, but electronic part of the system is less attractive. The membership fee is way too expensive for the benefits provided: just a bunch of recorded videos of bike riding or sceneries, which have no connection with how I ride the bike. For example, the sceneries do not change faster or slower according to the speed of my riding, while the workload of my paddle remains the same whether the video is going up hill or down hill. There is no realism between the things I see on the screen and the force I feel from the pedals.

Two CONS: 1) monthly membership cost minimum $30 is way too high. 2) the touchscreen monitor is only usable for Echelon app. No hdmi connection to add other devices to watch tv.

I wasn’t initially planning on the EX5s, but I am really glad I ended up with it! The Schwinn IC4 ergonomics didn’t fit me (short torso and arms). And the EX3 wasn’t available. Having the screen available for classes is really nice and convenient. The classes have been very motivating and somewhat addictive!

So far so good. Took about 45 minutes to build. Their app and Bluetooth tech is not so great. We had to hard reset the device multiple times and add/remove users multiple times before finally getting it to work

Nice bike. Debated on getting this or Pelaton. Only dislike is the choice of rides on the app. I am considering purchasing the Pelaton app for this reason.

After going back and forth about buying this many times, I finally decided to make the purchase. I am so glad I did! This is a great product. I was never big into working out, however, I love my workouts on my echelon!

This bike is not individuals over 180 lbs trying to lose weight; the seat is painfully hard and does not hold a heavy weight.

Love this! It’s exactly like the peloton and far from a knock off. Great instructors and huge amount of class options for all fitness levels. It’s basically having a personal trainer in your home which is pretty great!

Same issues others with the screen. I can't even get it to turn on. It was displaying when I first built the bike, and about 2 hours later it no longer displays. I've tried all the power options, been on chat with support, and still waiting for a resolution. It looks like a nice bike to own but I don't know that I'm confident about the tech quality and its maturity at this point to keep. I may end up returning it if no quick resolution and an indication from Echelon that they are committed to building a long term solid product and service line. I really wanted to like this bike.
