The process of converting every downloaded iTunes song was a pain and required user-level troubleshooting since the format the mp3 required was not directly available from iTunes. Once we got it to work it was a perfect product for our young daughter.

Website looked suspicious - tech support was completely unavailable. Returned it and got a scandisk mp3 player for just a few bucks more that works great.

Incomplete Instructions

The website they advise customers to go to for manual is down. In the case of this MP3 Player, the MP stands for Mostly Pathetic!!!

I don't know what happened to it because I kept it pretty well taken care of and yet it still broke down. I would just save up for a better well working MP3 player.

The sound clarity is awesome. I even got to setup various files to categorize the different genres of music to easily access what I am in the mood to listen to.
