    Very simple operation and just works as intended. Should have saved the $20 and not get the voice control option. Pretty useless in my opinion.

    Been trying for days to connect the ice maker to the app via wifi. I even created it's on 2.4 ghz line on my wifi and it still doesn't connect. This would make things easier if I could. The video it shows on the app doesn't help and there are no troubleshooting options available. If this gets fixed I will change my rating but until then Im not pleased. The only reason I gave it one star is because the ice is soft.

    I’m not sure what 33 lbs of ice means, but after using the product, I guess it’s per day. Dumb me for assuming that was the holding capacity. Waste of my time and money. Maybe 1 lb per hour max and requires constant unloading to get there.
