I purchased the Ecozy Smart Nugget Ice Maker because my refrigerator couldn’t keep up—and this machine has been a total game-changer. It makes nugget ice fast and consistently, which I use every day for smoothies (Jamba Juice-style), filling my ice chest for work, and keeping drinks ice-cold at home. With the hot weather here in California, my Yeti cooler is always packed with cold juices and nugget ice water. I used to buy small bags of ice for $6 each, and they barely filled my cooler. Now I’m saving money daily—this machine will likely pay for itself in just 3 to 4 months. Guests always compliment the machine, especially during parties—whether they’re making iced coffee or cocktails. The LUMIX display also gets a lot of attention at night—it lights up beautifully in the dark and gives the kitchen a modern, high-end feel. Easy to use, reliable, and stylish—highly recommend it to anyone who uses ice daily or loves hosting!

We are about three weeks into having this icemaker. I wanted to hold off on writing a review until we got to really try it out. It’s fantastic! And I satythst bring able to compare it with other ice makers we’ve had in the past. this one is not only aesthetically pleasing, but just easy to use and produces really satisfying, chewable ice.

I’ll start off saying I’ve always liked iced drinks, even in the winter. My husband and I were originally gifted another ecozy ice machine for our wedding and we loved it. Unfortunately, it didn’t last too long, could be from a variety of reasons, one being the hard water we had in the area, even though we had a filter. Ecozy customer service was very helpful and sent replacement parts. Finally, when the machine died, Ecozy offered a test trial with this new ice machine. So far, we have loved it. It looks sleek and compact, but subtle. The water reservoir is large and holds good amount, and the ice holder is a decent size too. I love the light feature to view the amount of ice and the other info displayed on the screen. It doesn’t take too long to make ice either and my favorite is the nugget size too. I used the ice machine multiple times a day, so it’s been a worthwhile investment. Would recommend!

I dont usually write a lot of reviews. Saw this was on sale and i wanred to try this out. This said it could make up to 44lbs of ice a day. This really made me excited and decided to go for it. I love how the display looks and ready to make a lot of ice. Im gojng be try it out for next couple days and updates to follow.

I Love Love LOVE this ice maker from Ecozy. It is so nice to be far away, and I program it to make ice when I get home. I Definitely compliments Ecozy - Smart Nugget Ice Maker. Everything smart home. The LED light is nice and it makes ice super freaking fast. Beautiful product. The noise is a little high but for me personally, I don’t mind it. I also love that it cleans itself. In other ice makers I have bought, the ice will taste funny after a while even with the cleaning function but this one has never. I was previously picking up bags of ice on my way home but now I don't have to do that anymore. It is super easy to operate straight from the box. You add water to the max line and press start. In a few minutes, you will have ice. You can also add the app and operate the machine with the app and receive alerts as to when the ice maker is full or needs more water. I have filled an entire freezer ice bucket bin in a matter of hours. Love this machine and the ease of use. I LOVE IT AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!

First things first: the ice. If you know, you know. I have to admit I had no idea there were different categories/types of ice, but I needed an ice maker for all the parties and holidays for the summer. You know that soft, chewable, good ice you get from some fast food places? This machine pumps it out like a champ. Forget those big, hard cubes from your refrigerator This is the real deal for your iced coffee, your fancy cocktails, or just, you know, when you need to chew on something satisfying. It's the kind of ice you actually want to put in your drink. Yes, there is a "smart panel" and "app control." But the pull-out water tank and removable basket are better features in my opinion. Refilling water and scooping ice is zero hassle. No awkward leaning, no spills. It's just easy. And that's what we want, right? Less fuss, more ice. The insulation is good, i guess, because I have no issues with my ice melting in the bin, even when I have it outside. It's always ready. After about 15 minutes I hear nuggets dropping in the bin, so you should never run out or worry about emergency ice runs to the gas station. Voice control? I rolled my eyes at first, too. But being able to tell Google to "make more ice" from the pool? It's the little things that make life easier. One thing I noticed in the display is that I can never change the time to 12hr from 24hr, but this should be something they can fix with a software update. Bottom line: This Ecoyz ice maker isn't just a gadget; it's a must if you enjoy ice in your drinks and your guests will love it too. (I admitted that I had no idea, but apparently everyone else knows about Nugget ice) It's reliable, it's easy, and it delivers the goods. If you're on the fence, just get it. Your drinks (and your teeth) will thank you.

We use it all the time and obsessed over the ice size and texture. That was the reason for the purchase… the Texture of this ice…. And it delivers. Works fast and consistently . We have hard water so I need to run the clean cycle more than others I bet, but that’s a location issue not a product issue. Highly recommend if you like crunchy ice to chew on .

This is a great icemaker. The nuggets are small, perfect for drinks. It holds enough ice in the bucket and the wawr container is easy to access. It is great looking and I have the blue hue on, which makes the look even better. The icemaker has touch screen for all needed fucntions as well as wifi so you can control it from your app. It is quic to startup and easy to use.

This is a great ice maker! It's small enough to fit under the cabinets on the counter, runs quietly, and starts freezing immediately. The bin will fill in about 40 minutes but you can pull ice as needed for drinks. The user interface is very straightforward and easy to learn. I especially like the built-in and app based control features that allow me to set timers or start and stop remotely, so I can start making ice on my way home from work and have it ready when I get there. High quality product, would recommend!!

We looked for an ice machine to supplement our ice supply during peek usage times for a while. Several of the other machines on the market were unable to keep produced ice cold or didn’t have the smart technology of this machine. We are very happy with how quickly this machine is able to replenish itself and knows when more ice is needed.

I love love love this ice maker! Perfect size for normal household use, gives the good ice the nugget kind! So worth the money! Love that it has an app I can connect my phone and control it from wherever!

I am absolutely enjoying this ice maker. I had bought a countertop "bullet" ice maker a couple years ago, and while it worked well for a bit, it was difficult to clean and the ice melted quickly. The ECOZY ice maker was super easy to set up and made the nugget ice in literally seconds. This ice maker does not take an excessive amount of countertop space and is relatively silent. It is a constant release of these cute little mini cubes compared to the last maker I had where it would only produce 7 "bullets" every 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this product to others and so far believe it is worth the price charged.

I really love this ice maker, the look and feel of it is very high quality. The water quality meter for keeping everything clean and reminding the user when to run a cleaning cycle is really important to me and the health of my family. The ability to pull the refillable water tray out of the machine and bring over to our reverse osmosis water filter is super convenient. The small size of the ice is also the perfect texture for someone like us who enjoy chewing on ice. I do like the clock and the light feature it looks great although how cool would it be if the light was a UV light that would also kill any bacteria.

I purchased this ice maker for a Father's Day gift and the whole house loves it. It produces enough ice for my family of 4. The nugget size is perfect and my kids love them. My other machine was very loud and hard to keep clean, this one is NOT! Super quite and the self cleaning mode is awesome! 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent Ice Maker. Almost like Sonic ice. Very easy to clean and maintain. Good value for the price of the product. The only negative is that the machine fan is quite loud when running; that being said, once the inner chamber has been cooled, the fan slows to a stop, and it is quiet.

This was a replacement ice maker for a different brand that just quit working. The ice maker is easy to clean and it makes ice quickly. The only thing that would/could make it better for my family is the capacity Very happy with it!!!
