The Edifier R1280DBs speakers are an absolute dream for anyone getting into vinyl! I paired them with my entry-level turntable, and the sound quality is nothing short of incredible. The rich, balanced audio brings out the best in my records—whether it’s the deep bass or the crisp highs, every note feels alive. I went with the solid black finish, and it looks sleek and modern, perfectly complementing my setup. These speakers are also super versatile, with multiple input options like RCA and Bluetooth, making it easy to switch between spinning vinyl and streaming music from my phone. For vinyl enthusiasts, especially those with an entry-level turntable, these speakers are a game-changer. They’re affordable, easy to use, and deliver a sound experience that rivals much pricier options. I can’t recommend them enough!

So these are not for everyone, lets start there. Unless, you buy a Subwoofer as well. If you are in a small room, or apartment, these are fantastic. The sound quality is a lot higher than you will find in traditional "desktop PC" speakers by a fair margin. The highs are very crisp and clean. The bass is punchy but does not hit the lows boomy kind of sounds that you get from traditional PC speakers you find that come with a Subwoofer. If you add the Edifier T5 subwoofer to these, they are Unmatched in the their price point. Overall I am SUPER Happy with the way these sound out of the box for the space I have them in, and the addition of the Subwoofer I purchased to go along with these make these Top Notch. Highly recommend these.

Great speakers, the questionable aspect is the bass,(don't over do it!) Using them with my computer set up, great crisp sound

I am amazed at how well the sound is at both top and bottom for the price. At some point, I might add a subwoofer, but frankly, it doesn’t need it. The ability to pick out specific sounds in frequencies when gaming, or listening to music, made me realize just how much of an upgrade they were from my previous speaker system. I highly recommend them.

They sound great and theyre not too big. Option to add a subwoofer. No noise noticable noise floor which is great. Definitely recomend

Using these as desktop speakers, the sound is crisp with plenty of low in. Having the options of bluetooth, optical along with 2 RCA sets is nice. There is a sub-out port though not being used.

These speakers are easy to set up and the sound is spectacular. A remote included is great and also easy to use. The look of these speakers is A-Ok!!

These sound amazing expecialy hooked up to my PC they yave a great overall sound and are esthetically pleaseing. I love that you can remover face covers to reveal the actual hardware. It gives it a great studio look.

For the price you really cant beat it. Much better sound than youll get from a soundbar of a similar price. This version includes bluetooth support and additional support for a sub if you decide to add one in the future. Cant beat the value.

For the price that you paid for this they are great! - Good for turn tables! Power maybe is not enough for big rooms but they are ok for small rooms!

Very happy with these speakers. For the money its a a great deal. I recommend them to anyone on a budget looking for somethjng with premium sound without the premium price of some of the big names like sony, sonos amd harmon kardon.

Love these speakers, they reach a volume sweet point for me where they arent too loud or too soft and have a decent bass (though i would recommend a subwoofer if you are more into a more heavy bass sound ). Works perfect for my setup as a blue tooth and speaker for vinyl player
