Better transfer and extras than the old Fox blu-ray.

This one came with it was supposed to at least too bad not all did

Nothing to be said of the movie. You love it or you don't. But the blu has NO, NONE AT ALL, dialogue track. Just the score. No matter how much you fuddle with it or look for settings, there is NO dialogue track. Maybe some blurays were produced correctly. But I got a cr*p batch.

The pic qual. is a huge leap from what came before

The DVD will not play even though I purchased it sealed. I have to return it. Disappointed.

Got this for my boys so they could understand why I say it’s just one of those gotta see movies that I grew up with. Pop the disc in and Nadda!!! Junk piece of crap! Forgot all abt getting it back since we are no where near any mall or city.. paid few bucks for it now it’s pack up

This is one of my wife and I's favorite Tim Burton films. We're also huge Johnny Depp fans, the two work together very well. This is a brilliant film that could only come from the imagination of Tim Burton. This film also has a good underlining message about our society. This a fantastic movie that I highly recommend! Also, some other great Burton/Depp films are Sleepy Hollow, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and thier latest Alice in Wonderland.

Tim Burton's follow-up to "Batman" is nothing less than a masterpiece with a star-making performance by Johnny Depp, a wonderful performance by Winona Ryder and the final film of horror icon Vincent Price. As someone who is disabled and experienced rejection & ridicule, I can clearly relate to the story and how he found love, which he could never requite. Everyone should see this film. If ever you have made fun of a disabled person, I hope that this film will change your perspective. The film is rated PG.

This is a great achievement from the mind of Tim Burton. Watching this film cross between the super-saturated parody of American suburbia to the dark toned images of Gothic horror come together so well, it's clear that the director had the entire movie plotted out in his mind far before the first scene was shot. If Burton would have let someone else direct his, it would have been a failure. This film is critique on human nature and the way we react to something that's "different" and proves that sometimes change isn't always bad. This is not a movie to miss if you're a fan of Burton.

'Edward Scissorhands' is a really good film that could have been outstanding, had Burton tried to keep his often 'dark' and 'bizarre' creative side a little more under control. The two highlights of this movie are Danny Elfman's musical score and Johnny Depp's performance as the title character. An excellent dvd presentation overall, with exquisite bonus features that are sure to delight fans of the film.

I rented the movie and enjoyed it. The music was beautiful, Johnny's performance was amazing and Tim Burton made a good story of it. I have been a fan of his films and this was great!

Who doesn't love this film? And if they don't, I blame Winona Ryder, I have to admit I am not a fan of hers. I can't stand her grandma voice or her acting. But I deeply love this movie, therefore I push aside one actress and enjoy Tim Burton's greatest achievement.

Great movie with great performances by Johnny Depp and Winona Ryder. A good movie with an inspiring message.
