Good headphones but cord problematic

But I noticed that the cord was wrapped tightly and quite stiff, and after several days use still has some kinks that won't smooth out. One in particular looks like a potential point of failure. Cord should be smooth and flexible for kids use, which it is not.

Durable and great for kids!
