Defected Headsets

I bought some headsets for children and had to return because defected. I bought another one and it worked only a day haven’t had time to return it, but I’m sure I won’t have any problem. It’s not Best Buy but that product.

Disappointed by the trickery but my son loves spiderman so he is enjoying it none the less because he wasn't anticipating any specific style.
