Headphones are a bit low can barely hear out of them

I like that the sounds come on my head when I push it

Overall a very good product Wish it would go a little louder then it does.

Bought these for my daughter and she can't hardly even hear anything watching a movie in the car. I know they are volume limited but they are way too low .Headphone plug has a flower on it that limits what you can plug it into because of the size of the flower. Not a good choice with these headphones.

Pretty cheapy for $20. it doesn’t stay on my daughter’s head very well; she gets really frustrated but she loves Minnie Mouse so she deals. Wish I didn’t tear up the packaging to get it open; I probably woulda returned it.

Guess It's my fault for not realizing what Bestbuy means by "Styles may vary". It means you have no say in which set they're going to pickup and put in the box. Unlike every other vendor where you click on the color you want and add it to the cart... So if you're ordering online... Know that you have no control over which one you will get. "These headphones are chosen at random Order online for a surprise character, or stop by your local Best Buy store to make your selection." Guess I should have read more carefully. Reviews complaining about low volume.. That is one of the best features of these... there is a switch (some buyers need to dig through their trash to find those instructions)... The switch comes set to "low", there is a medium and a high... This keeps your little one from hurting their ears. Set it so the max Volume setting won't hurt them and little ones can not inadvertently damage their hearing. Size... My son is 4 and they fit him ok... Still a little big but they function. Be ready for them to fall of a lot if they dance around (for a four year old at least).

I purchased the headphones for my 4 year old. They were cute, fit well except for the plug which has a flower on the end of it that does not allow you to plug it into an IPAD with a case. Had to return due to this design flaw.

They are cheaply made, break easy, and you can barely hear ANYTHING out of them even when turned all the way up! Everyone around you has to stay quiet. The wires also came out of a headphone within the 1st week of purchase.

The padding keeps coming off. I wish the design was better.

the headphones work fine but the bow on top came off within a day. I glued it back it but it is not well designed. Next time I'll spend a little more and get the one with the real bow.

I bought these about 6 weeks ago, and they already stopped working. They sounded OK and were comfortable enough until then. Now I can't return them. Waste of time and money.

They look good, that's about it. they're obviously for a child, so more should be put into reliability, more durability. I bought these for a trip cross the desert on I-10. My son who takes care of his stuff, under supervision managed to break them in under 90 minutes. This is the same kid who has a pair of headphones now for about 6 months, in the house, using them every day, has yet to have a single issue with a similar pair, different brand.

The cord is my biggest issue. The cord got caught in between something so when my son turned the cord was pull apart in the middle. To me that was to easy for that to happen.

Dont waste your money bought them for my daughter. Ear covers came off when i wiped them off after use. Sound kept coming and going and was static when you could hear. Just not worth it

Seeing this in person, I wasn't a fan of the large, plastic bow. This is why I returned it. I understand the bow is iconic for the character; so I'd like to see more choices for for girls.

Really wanted these to work as son loves anything Pokemon. But they barely lasted a month at school. And it wasn't even like my kid physically broke it. It just stopped working. Really disappointing

I can’t imagine reviews on this product are real. Returning the headphones day after I got them. Audio jack is poorly made, can hear static and poor connection on every device I tried (Samsung tablet, iPad, iPhone). If you remain very very still and don’t move, the cable connection will be fine. Just have your kid freeze completely when they are using and you’ll be fine. They are super cheap. But that’s for a reason apparently. Instead of putting them on clearance sale, how about saving your customers the hassle of returning them, Best Buy.

These were bought for my daughter but didn’t work as good as we thought they would. I guess since they are a kids item you get what you pay for. Ended up returning them though.

These headphones are pretty bad, both in sound and durability. They break VERY easily and the sound is flat.
