Poorly made, manufacturer should be ashamed!

She came over and brought her tablet and headphones about 2 weeks later. There were multiple kinks in cord, where wire was out of the covering. When I asked her, I confirmed with her mother, it came out of the package that way. Needless to say it quit working two days later. The dollar store ear bud head phones that she was given to replace the $30.00 JoJo headphones lasted two days longer. I thought about taking then back to Best Buy but they have a 15 day return policy. Also trying to contact them by phone or chat on line is impossible. With Covid 19, I didn't want to chance going back to the store.
