They plug into the karaoke machine allowing the kids to listen to music without interrupting others in the home. Not sure if the grandbabies can hear themselves sing... will have to check this out. The grandbabies love them! :)

Great Volume Dampening

You can ask your child(ren) to put these on when you don't want to listen to what they are listening to or vice-versa. These are a better option becuase of the built-in volume limitter so the headphones won't hurt and damage their ears.
