No clear pickup instructions

Was not told in any part of curbside pickup that I need to go back to the store. Drove around reading the signs that just said go to back of store. Took 20 minutes to figure out where to go. Will not pickup anything at this location. Center is to crowed!

I decided to gift it for Christmas and after a week of remote school it fell apart. I was able to return with no hassle but very was disappointing. My suggestion if you purchase this item it’s made for light usage.

But the sound quality is very poor and the bluetooth wireless connection doesn't work well at all. I returned them and bought simple basic Sony headphones and had them decorate them with whatever stickers they wanted. Personalized to them.
