More flimsy than the plastic case the game comes in already. Cool design, wish it were actually good quality like some of the others I have

Never pre-ordering through BB again

I got this delivered and there was a massive scratch down the front of it. The packaging was intact so it wasn't FedEx's fault. I took it back to the store to get it swapped, but they couldn't order it or anything, I'm just stuck with the one their warehouse damaged.

Hey bestbuy stop shipping items in bubble wrap envelopes!!! I cant send it back because the new one will come damaged in a bubble wrap envelope!!! Stop it please. Pretty please.

Not eligible for a replacement as there is no stock and they would not offer compensation. I went to my local store and was redirected to the service line. I was told that because it was free there is no value. The logic was lacking.

Picked up at a best buy..

I picked it up and the worker doesn’t know how to be careful. Best buy smh
