    It’s fine. Prob wouldn’t buy it again but it works fine. Can’t tell where the arrows are on the knobs and the temp choices are pretty obscure.

    Be careful of installers. My electrician happened to be finishing up a project in my home renovation when he noticed how the appliance was installed and had to correct the wiring. BestBuy should really contract with electricians instead of plumbing companies when it comes to hard wired appliances.

    The installers lost my manual to my cooktop. I called them and they said they found it in their truck and they would return it, but they never did.

    Someone came out to do measurements, product was delivered. Person came to install and said my cooktop would not fit. It was a disappointment. I rcvd partial refund so far. I’m told I need to call some Other department to get the rest of my Refund
