Fast and nice installers. Professional and did a great job

As much as this stove cause I don't understand why the top of the stove gets stains on it that you cannot get off

Returned this item. Salesperson assured us it would fit our island, but it was too small. In addition, it didn't have a downdraft which we would have expected him to ask about.

You installed it wrong and it doesn't work. The techs you sent to fix it confirmed it was installed wrong, but also couldn't install it. Scheduled an electrician to come out and meet the techs; the techs did not show. Rescheduled the techs and again did not show. Items were purchased MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, it's now past Labor Day and my appliances are still not installed. I've been beyond patient. I'm posting this to hopefully solicit a response by someone that might actually care. Do not ask me to call customer service; they do nothing but apologize and escalate the report and that's all I hear until I call back. I've been unable to cook for 2 months. Please come install my my oven and cook top or pick them up so I can purchase elsewhere!!!

I cant review this item because it has yet to be delivered. We have had 4 appointments scheduled, and there always seems to be so.e screw up and it doesnt get delivered. We even paid an extra $287 to get a different cooktop because it was supposed to be available. Ridiculously atrovious customer service. No one can explain why delivery keeps being scheduled and then canceled at the last minute. Id cancel, but i cant find this model anywhere, and this is the cooktop i want. I am going to have to cook Thanksgiving meal for 18 people using my electric skillet and microwave. Fortunately most of it will be cooked in the oven, but this totally unacceptable service and i will expect compensation.

Install team charged me an additional 100 dollars to trim my counter top because they said the unit wouldn’t fit. Literally took 39 seconds with a small saw. I gave the salesman the dimensions it should have fit.

I do not even know where to start. I had to delay to install of my counter tops because too many miscommunications on the part of Best Buy all of which should be in my records. The product is great but would not recommend Best Buy

Very disappointed with the installer, he said he new nothing about a top of the line induction cooktop and could not get it to work, informed me I got a lemon and needed to contact Best Buy, I came to the conclusion after reading the paperwork that the pan he was using was not induction compatible.

They came out to survey prior to the installation. Unfortunately, I didn't have the outlet installed yet. When they came out to install, they didn't understand how to wire the stove top for a 4-prong 220v plug to accommodate my outlet. They ended up removing my newly installed outlet and hardwiring the stove top. This is not the way I wanted the installation to be completed, so I had to call my electrician back out to correct the electrical installation. On top of that, they brought in a gas line to connect, as they didn't realize it was an electric stove top. They also weren't aware of how Induction stove tops work, as they were trying to get it to heat up without a pan on top of it.

My install took 2 months !!! Guys were nice but overcharged for fitting… I’f you NEED a product , you won’t get it in a timely way from here. Sorry

Install didnt happen. Stove top wouldnt fit. Our son and his friend luckily work in granite so they cut off and sanded the hole so our stove would fit

Did not use their installers because the small print said they would not cut the counter top. That is 90% of the installation on a cooktop.

controls are slow and defeat the purpose of a quick-response induction cooktop

I had to pay an extra $175 because the installer had to spend just a few minutes using a grinder to fit the stove top into the space already cut for the stove. I had no choice but to have the installer shave the edges to fit the stove. A little grinding should have been included in the standard installation fee.

Installer made five separate appointments along with five separate excuses why he did not come to install the cooktop. He never notified us of the windows when he would be arriving so we called and found out he was not coming. I had enough and told him not to come at all. I reported it to the Best Buy manager and installed it myself.

was not installed by Best Buy , was unable to communicate with the total tech so we had our electrician install it so we could use it . Hopefully Best Buy didnt pay someone for it when it never got done, same for other appliances, Total Tech installation was very difficult

Purchased first unit ...had defects in glass, and would need rebotting at random times to work. Recieved replacement unit... Touch controls refuse to work if there was ANY moisture or dampness on them...difficult to do while cooking. Would NOT recommend THOR induction unit.

The product never worked out of the box, and they left without finding out if it worked or not. The Installer was amazing. He did some custom work to make it fit. No complaints on the Installer but the product sucked.
