Was very excited about the purchase. The tech that came out to my home was courteous and helpful. He call the help center and reported a problem. I was contacted and told that the incident would be corrected but nothing happened. It took three more calls before getting help.

My installation date was changed twice. When they finally showed, the cooktop was not completely installed, and worst of all, they left behind the old cooktop when I had payed Haul Away fees. I’ve been trying to get in touch with a rep but haven’t been able to.

Installer apparently took a short cut. City inspector would not approve the work. I have requested to have the problem fixed.

Twice they have canceled the delivery/installation date. Terrible and useless customer service over the phones or chats. They took my money in January and now in March I don't have the product or installation.

Install had to be redone by my electrician. Your contractors need training. I told my salesman but doubt if he did anyting

If you want to know, call me. Pathetic customer service. Pathetic everything. Chose to cancel the appliance and installation. Not the same BB as in years past.

Horrible installation. Left the stovetop unsecured and it slid all over our granite countertop and almost back through the cut out.

Been rescheduled twice now and i am being told my install wont ne until 3/25/2023!!!!! Originally it was late December 2022 then late January 2023 and now March!

You have not resolved my issue yet. I gave called multiple times and nothiy.

Installer poorly placed cooktop padding/seal between cooktop and counter. Too far under cooktop so crumbs collect under cookstop

The purchase date on here is wrong. I purchased this on June 2 and still don’t have it. The whole Best Buy experience has been horrible

Third party installer was a NIGHTMARE! Impossible to reach reliable customer service.

This has not been installed yet. The delay is troubling and bothersome.

No one showed for appointment. It was scheduled for today 3/14 between 10:30 am and 2:30 pm.

It’s not yet been installed but we have it hooked up so we can use it

The installation crew called us about 10 minutes ahead to let us know they were coming. They were very professional, got the new cooktop installed and checked out, and answered any questions we had. We would certainly use Best Buy installation services again.

The installer did a good job! He made sure the dirt from the old cooktop is cleaned up before the new one was installed. I appreciate that! He was skillful!
