They were not able to install our cooktop because the hole in the counter wasn’t big enough. We had to hire someone else to cut the granite countertop and that man installed the cooktop for us.

I was highly disappointed when the installer came out to put in my cooktop he said you know this is a induction right ? And that you have to use special kind of pans on this right? I said what are you talking about ? My salesman never said 1 thing to me about it . We had just lived through a tornado and everything was a mess and now this? I was ver disappointed with the whole thing .

I had major problems with the installers. They didn't show up twice when they scheduled to do the install then noted the unit as delivered which made it impossible for me to schedule (for a 3rd time) the install. BUT once I got it sorted, the new installers were great and were on time and in-and-out in less than an hour.
