We love this oven and the features. The double oven is looks very nice and is so utilized when family comes. We have a large family and this unit does the job preparing multiple dishes

The display is a little hard to understand. However works perfectly. Instructions could be better.

The installers were prompt, friendly, good communicators and did the (rather simple job) with dispatch and competence. BestBuy's inability to get the product into their hands in a timely fashion is quite another matter.

We have had two installs of the same oven - the first installers - knew it was a defective oven and installed it anyway - said they would "call it in" - they did not - they get 1 start. The second crew of installers came after we were on the phone with customer service for 6 hours and made a trip to the store - they did a good job, but the second (new) warming oven was defective and at that point we just decided to keep the (first new) defective warming oven because we were done dealing with Best Buy

Works great and service was excellent. We are appreciating the interior lining.

The installation once organized went well. The installation was done professionally.

The installation people were on-time, efficient, used adequate caution, had good people skills and showed how to use the new appliance.

This item has finally been installed and it is very good just as it was claimed it would be. We are pleased and very glad we were able to work with Chaise to get every thing correct.

The technician for nice and did a good job installing our oven

I've had the double oven for a month. In general, the exterior and interior aspects are good, modern and slick. The only thing I find a bit complex are the special features to adjust the oven temperature and the clock configuration. It should be made the easiest thing to do. I have been cooking for over 40 years and I find that using the controls with this oven is way more difficult.

The install for this item was done well. The installers were efficient at removing the old unit and installing the new one. The process was complete, including instructions on how to burn the new unit in.

Absolutely delighted with my purchase. Fabulous oven - easy to operate - bakes superbly. I recommend this oven highly.

So far we are very happy. It is practical, looks good and great size. I also signed with TotalTech. I highly recommend for their service, reliability & professionalism.

Great product, great price. Salesperson was very nice and knowledgeable, and by no means "pushy", like some salespersons are. Installation was painless. Very pleased with entire purchase process.

Mixed feelings about this install by LMB Handyman Services. Install ended up great & double oven beautiful but tech had to shave a 1/4" of wood off the bottom of the opening to get the oven in. It took him 5 minutes and he charged me $180 to do it and complained the whole time he was too busy to have to do this kind of stuff.

The technical team were polite, professional and had no issues with the installation.

I tried to speak to a Best Buy employee on the day of the install and was unable to with the phone numbers provided by Best Buy. Every person I spoke to when I called or tried the chat was someone living in another country that could not help me!!!!! The people doing the install did a good job. They were very late because they had so many installs to do that day, 13 before us! Our kitchen is very small and they banged up our wall putting in the oven because it is so big and was going into a tight area. Overall, the installers did their best. My issue is with Best Buy not making it possible to speak to one of their employees during or after the install. I had to walk into the store and that manger blamed corporate and corporate has only an email for contacting them. Best Buy corporate does not care about their customers or helping our economy by hiring local people that are able to get us information or in contact with people that can help us during the process of installation, or after if needed.

The installers did an excellent job. They had to modify the cabinet and move the electrical box. They were friendly and did not mind answering questions about the install process.

Having Best Buy take care of installation was one of my best decisions in the past decade. The installers arrived a little early which caused some confusion. However, they were super professional and offered to come back during the scheduled window. Once they started the install, it was done in a flash. They gave several helpful hints on getting started with the oven and also pro-tips for the longterm use. One tip of my own: buy the Total Tech subscription! It was $100 cheaper than the cost of install + haul away. It gives an extended warranty and also gives free install on any new purchases at Best Buy. I have had two tv's and in-wall surround sound installed for no additional cost.
