They came, they saw, they installed! Not much more to say.

Great product, great price. Salesperson was very nice and knowledgeable, and by no means "pushy", like some salespersons are. Installation was painless. Very pleased with entire purchase process.

Install was great after I hade old unit removed previously and made delivery next day unit arrived at the warehouse in San Leandro, CA.

Having Best Buy take care of installation was one of my best decisions in the past decade. The installers arrived a little early which caused some confusion. However, they were super professional and offered to come back during the scheduled window. Once they started the install, it was done in a flash. They gave several helpful hints on getting started with the oven and also pro-tips for the longterm use. One tip of my own: buy the Total Tech subscription! It was $100 cheaper than the cost of install + haul away. It gives an extended warranty and also gives free install on any new purchases at Best Buy. I have had two tv's and in-wall surround sound installed for no additional cost.

Love this oven we uswd it for thw holidaya a s they fact you can bake in the upper and lower units saved us so much time.

Mixed feelings about this install by LMB Handyman Services. Install ended up great & double oven beautiful but tech had to shave a 1/4" of wood off the bottom of the opening to get the oven in. It took him 5 minutes and he charged me $180 to do it and complained the whole time he was too busy to have to do this kind of stuff.

The installer with Lone Star did an outstanding job with the installation. Was very professional, explained the oven operation very well and was open to any questions. Kudos to him.

They were on time, pleasant and very efficient. As they installed they gave helpful information about the appliance.

It’s sitting in my garage uninstalled. The person who measured to see if it fit the place occupied by my old oven said it would fit. The sales who sold me the new oven said it would fit based on the model of my old oven. The installers who came said it didn’t fit. Said the new oven is too small for the opening. This was after he took my old oven out and threw it in his truck. I am now without an oven!!! You want me to tell you if I recommend. How do I know as it’s in my garage.

Love my microwave-oven combo. Everything cooks so evenly in both units. Love to chime to advise it’s ready, or the cycle has finished. Looks great!!

Way to complicated going from an old conventional wall oven with knobs to all digital. The timer is not very loud and there is only one button for the oven light so both are on at the same time whether you are using both or not

Install was so mainstreamed and professional. Even noticed a cosmetic problem with product which prompted replacement.

The LG combination Oven/Microware has some great features, but 3 flaws so far over the two months we have used it: 1. After 3 times using the oven, as it was pre-heating it would suddenly turn off by itself after less than a minute, and never gain temperature. Best Buy was good about replacing the whole oven, and the new one so far is OK. 2. The microwave has an annoying chime that is too long and repeats too often until door is opened. Also the cooling fan runs way too long after use, even if used only for a few seconds with nothing really getting warm. 3. The glide rack in the oven (which we love) is VERY tricky to remove UNLESS you know the secret. Even the repair man we had to come out could not figure it out for quite a while. What is frustrating is that neither the instruction booklet, the online LG site, nor the online videos that the LG help center told me to watch, tell the correct (and only) way to remove the GLIDE rack. Once we figured it out it's fairly easy, but LG should provide the instructions!!

Installers were prompt, pleasant and took great care. Plus they had great senses of humor. Very pleasant
