Bad install, no install

The person who measured to see if it fit the place occupied by my old oven said it would fit. The sales who sold me the new oven said it would fit based on the model of my old oven. The installers who came said it didn’t fit. Said the new oven is too small for the opening. This was after he took my old oven out and threw it in his truck. I am now without an oven!!! You want me to tell you if I recommend. How do I know as it’s in my garage.

Baffling how, when we specified Mondays as the only day each week not working ten hours, this was scheduled for a twelve hour window on a Tuesday. Likely quite disruptive to remote work appointments for 8, 9, 10, and 11. This with about a month to meet our expectation.
