The installers were very professional and the install went very smooth.

The oven ultimately was installed well. However the first oven we received was damaged and had to replaced. Also the installation was rescheduled last minute.

Absolutely horrible experience. Original product was to be delivered 8/8. It arrived shattered. I was offered free install for the inconvenience which I appreciated since I had already wasted my own contractors time on 8/8 (and my own time, including lining up childcare so I could be available). Replacement product was delivered 8/16. The back of that unit was dented in. It was returned to the warehouse. I was on the phone daily, sometimes multiple times a day, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday trying to track down where my third unit (second replacement) was. Then the install was scheduled before the unit was available for delivery, that required me making more phone calls to straighten that out. More time wasted. My house was supposed to go on the market 8/15. The whole thing was delayed because there was a giant whole where the wall oven was supposed to be. Time and money was lost in this situation. On several of my phone calls I was told we’d be ‘compensated’ for our inconvenience but not until the unit was installed. Someone would contact me is what I was told. We weren’t contacted so I made yet another phone call. Guess what? No compensation. Then I was hung up on. Never. Again.

We had to get a replacement oven because the first one had issues that BestBuy attempted to fix numerous times. I don't love the tough screen as it feels like it doesn't always work 100%. Other than that, it is nice.

I am delighted with my Samsung Microwave/Oven combo.

It's working fine now, but we had 2 additional service visits because of a display issue with the timer display disappearing issue, but is working fine now and we are better introduced to the WiFi connection and capabilities.

Arrived on time, very efficient, courteous and explained how to use the new product.

Installers were great! Very concerned about getting it right. I was also complemented on the preparation.
