the oven is great customer care is good problem is with the defective oven doors they have tried to resolve the problem but isnt resolved yet they are doing a good job trying to resolving the problem it must have been a problem on the assembly line

This was my first Best Buy appliance purchase and installation. They required a pre-measure appointment. I thought that wasn’t necessary since we were installing the wall oven in a new build. It was necessary as my builder got the measurements wrong by a bit - and we had time to fix it! Then, the installers came. On time, and very professional! They did good work, and really knew their job. Best install experience I’ve ever had.

Nice oven - I was a little challenged trying to contact manufacturer to assist in setting up WiFi but now clock resets itself

Absolutely horrible experience. Original product was to be delivered 8/8. It arrived shattered. I was offered free install for the inconvenience which I appreciated since I had already wasted my own contractors time on 8/8 (and my own time, including lining up childcare so I could be available). Replacement product was delivered 8/16. The back of that unit was dented in. It was returned to the warehouse. I was on the phone daily, sometimes multiple times a day, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday trying to track down where my third unit (second replacement) was. Then the install was scheduled before the unit was available for delivery, that required me making more phone calls to straighten that out. More time wasted. My house was supposed to go on the market 8/15. The whole thing was delayed because there was a giant whole where the wall oven was supposed to be. Time and money was lost in this situation. On several of my phone calls I was told we’d be ‘compensated’ for our inconvenience but not until the unit was installed. Someone would contact me is what I was told. We weren’t contacted so I made yet another phone call. Guess what? No compensation. Then I was hung up on. Never. Again.

Installed my double wall oven nicely but had to add to get it secure.

Cameron is AMAZING!!! He had just installed our Kitchen Aid oven ( which was defective , not his fault) We run a business that relies on the ovens. He came a day early to make sure we were able to bake and make it to the farmers market. A big thanks to him
