Love my new oven!!! It is beautiful and works great.

Heats evenly. Looks great. Very happy with our purchase.

Mixed feelings. 1st one delivered did not work but 2nd one is fine. Was limited on choice as have 27 inch width.

Note this is a Best Buy review items not even delivered and installed because they’ve messed things up so terribly bad. Long story short Best Buy is like oh no big deal you can easily change delivery dates no problems we do it all the time. All of my items showed in stock ready to deliver. They bumped my delivery date back almost two weeks due to renovations. I was rescheduled for October 25th and lovely Best Buy decided hey let’s give away her dishwasher and cancel her ENTIRE delivery of SEVEN Cafe appliances and better yet let’s not even contact her to let her know about. Or as a matter of fact it sounds even more fun to tell her when she calls in that yes all is in order for her delivery on October 25th and just not show up! Making it even better when I reached out to my sales consultant two days prior to delivery date he told me he was TOO BUSY to call me. Guess spending $15k + on appliances alone doesn’t mean much to Best Buy. When I said that’s OK just have someone call me crickets no help at all. When I did finally speak to someone from the corporate office on October 24th they told me the dishwasher would be back in stock October 31st but they couldn’t schedule me until November 16th due to other deliveries already booked. Finally they decided to squeeze me in on November 9th as a favor. Wanting to cancel the order the corporate employee gave me her email address to reach back out via email, two email attempts and she still has not responded or called me. Anytime I call the corporate phone number I get the general call center. I get the pleasure of speaking to a hardheaded person that I can’t even understand who is insistent on trying to help with the order even though I tell them I was advised by corporate to not let anyone but them touch the order. After being promised return calls here I sit and no one has called yet. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. NO ONE CAN BE THIS BAD WITHOUT ACTUALLY TRYING TO BE!!!!!!

The electric double wall oven was a replacement of an existing Kitchen aid from 15 years ago. The new model is pretty close to the same, and fit exactly into the space where the broken oven was installed. So, no adjustments were needed, and was installed quickly!

The delivery guys were great about everything, including arriving on time and being knowledgeable and courteous.

Love all the features and power of my new stainless steel LG double wall oven! Very easy to operate and cook using the nice touchscreen display. The double knock/light feature, along with the built-in Air Fry and being able to link to Alexa and the LG phone app is a major WIN!

Knowledgeable and efficient install crew. They were in and out in no time. AA real pleasure to work with.

Install went very well. The only issue was when install team they some how reset the English to French. Thus all information on the oven screen was in French. They did know how to reset back to English.

The installers were on time and called ahead for courtesy. They were very professional. We are happy with Best Buy, the installers and the product.

The oven looks nice but we have had problems with the glass doors. After using the self cleaning feature the glass door became cloudy and couldn't be cleaned. It appears that the discoloration is in between the glass. The self clean feature did not do a good job of cleaning inside the oven and the smell during the cleaning process was over powering. You need to leave the house during cleaning!

Service people presented for installation of my wall oven promptly, were courteous and worked efficiently to complete the task. Very pleased with the skill and service provided.

Installers that came both times were outstanding, professional and explained everything. Something Best Buy, at least for my prior orders starting in November 2022 through this one has failed, categorically failed.

Jake with Lonestar Appliance Installation did a great job installing my new double ovens. He and his crew were efficient, professional, and friendly. We would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to have appliances installed!

Crew that installed the oven on 7/12/23 was fantastic. They didn’t damage my oven and knew how to install using safety and gentleness when installing. They removed all packing, tested and make sure I was pleased with their efforts.

Lalo and Juan from Toms Toolbox Inc., were professional, clean, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend then for any future installations of our kitchen appliances.

Hopefully a great product! We are still awaiting delivery but huge kitchen aid fans! In home appliance specialist was very nice and knowledgeable! would definitely recommend this service to anyone!

The installers arrived promptly, took care of the mess, gave good advice, and finished the task very efficiently.

The Oven/MW combo was slightly bigger than the opening. The installers were able to cut opening (for a small separate fee) to fit unit and we are very pleased with the results.
