Premier Logistics who did the install for Best Buy was very good at communicating when they were coming and the guys installed it very quickly and cleaned everything before leaving.

GE said the new GE 27" wall oven / microwave combination would fit in the existing opening replacing an old GE wall oven / microwave with the same dimensions, but it did not. The installers did a modification in order for the new one to fit. Thanks so much.

Electric Double Wall Oven Install service for the wall convectional oven

Installers came when they said and called around 15 minutes away. They carefully removed the old oven and quickly installed the new oven. The team was courteous and professional. I can highly recommend them.

The fellows who installed the oven did a really good job. They were careful not to cause any damage to my floors or walls and they cleaned up when they were done. Really good job, guys!

The installers notified me of their estimated time of arrival and made that time. The installation was very efficiently performed and the removal of the old oven was accomplished with no mess. I highly recommend them.

Installation was done as promised and very quickly. Installer was very courteous and explained what was going to be done, Then reviewed operation of oven.

Arrived on time. Very careful of floors and counters when removing old snd installing new ovens. Very diligent in their work. Very thorough in explaining how to get new oven ready to use. Overall excellent experience.

I was not home at the time, but it looked good when everything in place. We chose the simple oven so nothing much to learn.

Very friendly and knowledgeable team members came to install our double oven. Even helped us save some installation expense in talking with Total Tech. Love the "french" door oven too.

Worst Buy? More Like No Buy! Absolutely Horrendous Installation Experience If I could give zero stars, I would. My installation was scheduled for Thursday between 8 AM and 12 PM CST, a window I planned my entire day around. I even called that morning to confirm, and was assured they were on track. Guess what? No one showed up. No calls. No updates. Just complete radio silence from Best Buy. When I called back, I was met with an absolute circus of incompetence. The first rep told me their "system was down" and they couldn’t see where the installation team was, but still assured me they were coming within my 8 AM - 12 PM window. Excuse me?? THAT WINDOW HAD ALREADY PASSED. Fast forward to 5:30 PM—yes, an entire workday wasted—I called again. This time, after being placed on hold for 20 minutes, the representative HUNG UP ON ME. Called back again, and the next person kept repeating the same nonsense about my confirmed time slot... as if I hadn’t already spent the last 9+ hours waiting
