Hired bestbuy to install an oven we got for free from craigslist. Installers arrived on time, removed old oven and installed new one. Even fixed up the shoddy original wiring.

Worst Buy? More Like No Buy! Absolutely Horrendous Installation Experience If I could give zero stars, I would. My installation was scheduled for Thursday between 8 AM and 12 PM CST, a window I planned my entire day around. I even called that morning to confirm, and was assured they were on track. Guess what? No one showed up. No calls. No updates. Just complete radio silence from Best Buy. When I called back, I was met with an absolute circus of incompetence. The first rep told me their "system was down" and they couldn’t see where the installation team was, but still assured me they were coming within my 8 AM - 12 PM window. Excuse me?? THAT WINDOW HAD ALREADY PASSED. Fast forward to 5:30 PM—yes, an entire workday wasted—I called again. This time, after being placed on hold for 20 minutes, the representative HUNG UP ON ME. Called back again, and the next person kept repeating the same nonsense about my confirmed time slot... as if I hadn’t already spent the last 9+ hours waiting

The install team was excellent. It was a tough and tight locaton requiring great care to not damage anything else. They cleaned up completely and gave me advice for use.

This was install of new double wall oven. They showed up on time and did a quick professional job. They took the time to test it and get all the packing tape off and cleaned up after the job.

Oven in good shape when delivered. Installers did a great job dealing with the oven installation. Haul away of old oven went smoothly.

Its a replacement part as my wife isn't the best at maintaining appliances. It lasted 7 years. I believe this one will last another seven years

fit and finish of the double oven is outstanding. The overall quality of the design and functional aspects of the controls are easy to use and very helpful.

When my oven was initially delivered, the bottom glass door was broken. Geek Squad was sent to replace that door. Did a great job and even gave me some good tips on how to keep the stainless steel clean!

The man who installed this oven was 5 raring-excellent job. The double oven was very good product, but the only flaw is the stainless steal does not keep it shiny on the outside of doors.

the duble oven installation was not done properly it need adjusment and the grate of the cooktop one of the arms broke resently we need this situitation be resolve soon

The team of two did the work quickly and kept the working area clean, despite the size and weight of the old appliance that was removed and the installation of the new one.

Very professional and timely. Both installers were friendly and very knew what they were doing. They were in and out within one hour.

The installer was awesome with communication from the time of the order, through measuring, and installation. They did a vey nice job as well and cleaned up.

Not happy at all with the install. The oven is twisted so much that the doors don't fit right and are rubbing. They also made a mess of my wall around the oven. I called Geek Squad to get service and they told me I had an appointment but never actually created it in the system. So I waited for a repair person that never showed up. I ended up calling the main Best Buy customer service who offered to replace the oven. I hope that install goes much better.

Excellent install technicians that even modified the hole for the install to make sure the product would fit despite pre-measure assuring it would modifications were required. Excellent workmanship.

I am so pleased with the beautiful Bosch appliances! The best part was our installers David and Rodrigo who were pleasant, professional, respectful, knowledgeable and courteous!! They were AWESOME!!
