Very frustrating

Had to call back several times to get future appointments (following the first two failed appointment) cancelled. It took several phone calls to get a rebate so that I could hire another company who installed it for less and without “issues”.

Not a good design but unit works

The only problem with this unit is that if bulb goes out we have to remove all of the unit to replace it
