Installer were great. Professional and very quick and cleaned up afterward.

Had to cancel our install as they kept claiming new things needed to be done to install even though we closely followed installation instructions and prep. Had to call back several times to get future appointments (following the first two failed appointment) cancelled. It took several phone calls to get a rebate so that I could hire another company who installed it for less and without “issues”.

I have to cancel because the installers were mean and not professional. They couldn’t installed the oven at the beginning and they sent a communication telling that they installed it. I have my oven over two weeks waiting for them and I canceled at the end. I do not recommend any installers from Best Buy. They are not professional

this is a review of the installation, not of the oven. The installers put in the oven successfully, but after they left, I realized they took back the manual in the empty box, not noticing it when they unpacked the oven. I called their main office to ask them to look if they had it. The dispatcher said he would check with the drivers. But I never got a call back. So that sucked.

This was part of the replacement as the first one had door issues. The only problem with this unit is that if bulb goes out we have to remove all of the unit to replace it
