    Men showed up with no Tools. Some modification was needed to install the unit and I was not advised I need to have someone to modify. My carpenter happened to be here as he was adding a drawer for me so He saved the day. Otherwise I would have been pretty bummed as I would have been without any oven until They could come Back out.

    I have to cancel because the installers were mean and not professional. They couldn’t installed the oven at the beginning and they sent a communication telling that they installed it. I have my oven over two weeks waiting for them and I canceled at the end. I do not recommend any installers from Best Buy. They are not professional

    this is a review of the installation, not of the oven. The installers put in the oven successfully, but after they left, I realized they took back the manual in the empty box, not noticing it when they unpacked the oven. I called their main office to ask them to look if they had it. The dispatcher said he would check with the drivers. But I never got a call back. So that sucked.

    After multiple service calls, my original GE Profile double ovens were replaced with a new unit on April 25, 2024. I am having issues again with the temperature control. I have used the temperature adjustment and will see what transpires. Disappointed and hope the adjustment solves the issue.

    The installers charged me $85 for cutting about 2 feet of the wooden frame. It's a rip off!
