Was not pleased with couple things with the Installation. First, all the protective plastic film was removed out in the street. After it was installed the stainless steel front was completely covered with greasy, sweaty handprints which they left and made no attempt to wipe or clean it all. So I had to spend a half hour cleaning the stains of the stainless steel front. Hard to believe that it isn't part of the installtion process to wipe your greasy handprints off a product after installation. Kind of like picking up your new car and it's covered with dirt and bird poop. Also, your installers might want to consider using door jamb protectors as they scraped the outside of the door jamb. One of the installers turned both ovens on before he left and said to turn them off in 30 minutes. However. The manufacturer recommends washing and drying both oven cavities before heating them. And lastly, the installers did not leave the broiler pan that comes with the oven. So, we were certainly disappointed with the installation experience.

To be clear, the oven unit is awesome. It was the third-party installers that ruined it for me. I will never use Best Buy again because of that reason.

My install was canceled multiple times and the customer service had no answer for me. I was given the excuse that the installer called in sick multiple times. When the actual install happened it was good. The crew was friendly and quick with no issue.

Installation went smoothly and the crew did a great job.

The person who came to install my oven was not listening to me at all.

Have to return to take it out and adjust it because there's a gap at the bottom. Don't know why they just didn't do it then.

Do not use Best Buy to install your appliances. We had them come out and measure ahead of time and when the ovens were installed they didn’t fit in the space causing us to have to remodel the space where the microwave goes.

The installer, a contracter, who was sent to deliver and install my new double oven found lots of reasons not to do the job. He told me I'd need to have an electrician move the electric junction box because the cable wouldn't reach the box. I asked him to at least take the old one out so the electrician could do his job. He refused and told me I'd need to reschedule installation after the electrician moved the box. Well, the electrician came two days later, took the old oven out and informed me there was plenty of cable to hook up the oven using the existing box. And then, bless his heart, he installed the new oven for me. The contracter was too lazy to do the job. I'm lucky I didn't have to have him come back. We have had Geek Squad installations and always been very pleased. Apparently decent contract installers are in short supply.

I ordered this oven in October 2021. Correct, October of 2021! It has been delayed for months, for reasons that are related to supply chain. Okay, fine. However, over the last six months, I have been told the oven is here, then it isn’t here, then, well, we’re not sure if it’s here. Then it scheduled for delivery! Great!! Then, the date is pushed back a few weeks. Then it’s set again… canceled. Then it’s set for 11/23/22, day before Thanksgiving. 8 hour delivery window ( yes, 8 hours)! I hire someone to sit in my house for 8 hours as I have a job! I get an automated text message 18 minutes after the delivery window expires stating that the delivery is canceled. This is all true! Next it’s set for mid December but canceled again because the delivery and installation crews aren’t the same and for some reason, they can’t get the correct people to deliver and install on that day. Now we are set for 12/22/22. Canceled… it’s too cold! Really, it’s too cold… my home has great heat. By the way, it’s Colorado and it gets cold here!!!

Been a long time customer of Best Buy Total Teck member too and all the installs we have had up to this point were GREAT. The install on the double wall Oven was terrible. First we were told no problems but after the old oven was pulled we were told it would not fit in the opening and the electrical had to be re-routed. The installer said they were leaving and we had to re schedule after concerns were corrected or have someone else install it. The best Buy installers said we would be reimbursed if we used someone else. The New Double Oven was just left in the middle of the Kitchen. We then call an electrican we knew and we installed it. I then called Best Buy and told them what happened and asked about reimbursement and they denied it. Very sad day getting this installed. best Buy has always been great and have used the Geek Squad and it was great. Love the Oven but the install was disappointing. that is what I am rating, not the Oven. The wife loves the quality and really sets off the kitchen

Very disappointed. The delivery people were bery abrupt and were unable to install it and hook it up. When I called my Best Buy store I was unable to reach them and was told they haven’t had a phone in several years. This prompted me to cancel the order. It is inconceivable to me to spend $3,000 on an appliance from a company that doesn’t want to hear from me if there is a problem.

Original product was damaged, we are currently waiting on the replacement to arrive.
