    i scheduled an on time installment but the c/s rep failed to send it thru costing me a party of 50. then total tech's measurement was off causing a 2nd delay of installation. Third try was a charm. my double over is beautiful though!

    VERY DISAPPOINTED - IT WAS DELIVERED BY COMPANY WITH TWO MEN - THEN THEY TOLD US THEY CAN'T INSTALL DUE TO BEING A 4 PERSON JOB. LEFT AND I HAD TO HIRE AN ELECTRICAN AND CREW TO INSTALL. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SERVICE - THE OVEN ITSELF IS GREAT!!!

    Thermador double wall oven installation

    Horrible Service by Master Pro Install. They blew up my oven and microwave double wall oven during installation. The guys didn’t have a uniform. They actually feel like the people who wait outside Home Depot trying to find a job. They weren’t wearing gloves. I had to provide them gloves so that they dont injure their hands while lifting such heavy items with bare hands which might lead them to drop the items down. I waited for the thermador oven and microwave combo for 14 months and these guys messed up the wires when installing and as soon as we switched on there was a lot of smoke and they turned off and wouldn’t turn on. Finally they wrote that items were defective but I seriously feel that these guys messed up. Now I have to wait for 3 months to have the new items delivered. Such a horrible experience with installation.

    It was not installed due to screw up on wiring by Best Buy installer of 1st double oven. Would have been willing to pay to have wiring done correctly but not offered. Alex Osburn was present when told wiring was not done by code so Best Buy could potentially be liable if something happens due to initial installation.

    Worst customer service. No one showed in 12 hour.

    Not sure what happened. I got about ten text or email messages reminding me of my appointment. Given a 12 hour window. Old double ovens had to be out and electric prepped for new ovens. The day of install nothing. No one showed up. No calls. No texts. Managers and sakes person non responsive. Three days later still trying to get ovens in and we had to rent a trailer and go pick Up and install ourselves. Nothing at all offered for maybe $1,200 in my costa paying someone to be there 12 hours on install date and deal with trying to make it right. I almost lost thousands in rental income with guests checking in Friday when they were to be installed Tuesday. Unbelievable. If there was a negative five star review on install or lack thereof, that would be more like it.

    Built in Oven/Microwave Combo Installation

    The installers hired by BB appeared to be untrained and uninformed on how to properly install the oven/microwave. They spliced the 6 ft wires (in conduit) from the new oven into the 6 ft wires (in conduit) from the old oven instead of connecting the new oven wiring to the home wiring inside the electrical box. With 12 foot of conduit behind the oven it wouldn't slide all the way back into the cabinet. They refused to pull it out and reinstall it correctly. Thankfully BB provided a refund. The installation had to be redone.

    Two individuals arrived for the installation. I was informed that the wiring needed to be changed, and a new frame had to be constructed at an additional cost of $480, which I agreed to. However, the quality of their work turned out to be subpar. It seems they may have miscalculated the measurements, leading them to cut more wood from my cabinet after building the frame. Despite their efforts, the appliance was not installed at the center; it is off by at least half an inch. I am puzzled about how Best Buy could engage such an incompetent company for a $4000 appliance installation.

    Good Service with Install and Floor Scratch Issues

    The install team did a pretty good job but unfortunately they scratched our travertine floor in the kitchen next to the new ovens, which is very unsightly. We have reached out Pacific Sales and are waiting to hear back how the floor can be fixed.

    I ordered an oven from Best Buy with a total tech package. I had a site survey and waited 2 months for the oven. The site survey measured wrong . Best Buy told me they would bring it back to the warehouse while I made the adjustment the the wall. I was told the escalation team would call me. They never called. I spoke to 6 people tonight and they told me I would have to wait another 5 weeks for the oven and they can’t refund the total tech package if I cancel the order. So I’ve paid for 3 months of “protection” for an oven I don’t own because of their error. I spent 2 hours on the phone and will now pay the same price for the oven from another store which will hopefully have better customer service.

    Double Wall Oven

    We were not very pleased with the install. First time out installer did not have tools to cut opening, and then told us about extra charge after I gave store the measurements of my opening and was assured no extra charge. After many calls the charge was waived. The second attempt installer cx and could not make it. The next trip out the install was completed. Had to take off work multiple times. Not a good experience overall

    Electric Double Wall Oven Install

    The delivery went fine, but the installer could not complete the install because they were not prepare to cut 1/4th inch off the trim. The trim was easily detached, but the installer claimed they did not have the correct tool. I had been promised they could simple cuts.

    At the store the salesman said they would take care of everything; everything did not include electric work. The date of install was changed several times. Even though both someone from Best Buy and someone form the installer (AYS) was at the house to do measurements and look at everything, they still wanted to add $350 at the last minute for installation. Not mentioned when they were at the house, they sent a text message.

    The product is been sitting in the middle of our living room for 2 weeks now. Multiple schedules and reschedules. The support manager at the store was not even willing to listen to the problem. We still dont have this installed.

    The touch screen is having issues after about 3 months of use. Slow response, sometimes it resets the cooking time by itself without any interference. The racks started rusting within a month. Not good.

    This service is NOT compleded! I scheduled it for Friday Dec 8th. They were a no-show and no phone call. I called and was told the installer cancelled us and the installer would be here today, Sat Dec 9th. No-show again and no phone call! I was told they were waiting on us to modify the cabinet. We told them this modification was completed but someone, aapparently failed to revise the notes. Once again, we are scheduled for Friday Dec 15th. This is not acceptable customer service!! VERY DISSATISFIED!

    There was no indication that it was back ordered when we ordered it, but it’s been delayed three times. It’s now projected to be 6 months late. Absolutely unacceptable

    very unprofessional and rude delivery crew. They wanted to charge me for extra stuff. They demanded payment before installing, told him I would call best but to clarify those charges, they told me they couldn't wait because they had other deliveries to do and left leaving the uninstalled oven in the middle of the kitchen where I couldn't get to my stove or the sink. I told them to move the oven to the side, but they bluntly ignored me. I'm a senior living alone and I had to call neighbors to come and help me. Best but still charged the full amount even though they didn't install it. so unfair. Instead of one star, they deserve a -10

    They damaged the cabinet when installing this double mount oven. They have an insurance who sent a technician and they are in the process to evaluate the damage to be refunded.

    Was charged several extra fees despite having total tech membership. I had to have the oven sitting outside for a week because the technicians and customer support couldn't give a consistent answer

    Installation was incorrect the first time, causing my wall oven to short circuit frequently, and when I asked for someone to fix it or replace the oven, it took them months to come and do so. This left me without any baking abilities throughout the holidays and I was even promised compensation for my troubles, but nobody is getting back to me. Never. Never have Best Buy install anything. This isn’t even the first time for me.
