    Installed crooked for the second time. Now BestBuy wont respond to my emails for correction. Buyer beware.

    I recd. text confirming installation & del on 11-11-2022 7 am -1 pm , BUT the double wall oven NEVER arrived. Last week 11-5-22 I was told oven was damaged and would be rescheduled for installation 11-11-2022. NO ONE called me before today 11-11-22 I was off from work to be here for del. I call the store and I am talking to someone from panama. NOW I get this review. Dont you know I NEVER got the wall oven installed YET my credit card was already charged for it. Someone has to Correct this immediately.

    Oven is STILL sitting in my living room. Had a guy from BestBuy come out and see what was needed, but then they sent guys to do the install that aren't qualified to make any changes... which we KNEW were going to be needed. Now it seems I have to wait a MONTH with the unit sitting in my living room before I can get the guy out to do the install. I will NEVER EVER buy appliances from Best Buy again. Big Mistake.

    It took 15 months to have this oven delivered. Then they came to install it and broke a part twice. So it took four trips to get it installed.

    Ordered in May, scheduled delivery/install Jun 11. Waited the 4 hour window and no one showed. Called to reschedule, was hung up on by agent. Rescheduled for 6/18 then sent a notification 6/20. They have cancelled those and am still waiting for a schedule/install....

    Terrible experience with Best Buy. Everything went wrong. Promises to pay for installation of Electric modification were never followed through. I had to hire my own electrician to do the job properly. We had no oven for over a month as installers had no idea how to install the oven as THEIR own pre installation said NO PROBLEM. Boy was he WRONG. Still mad!!

    2 guys never read the directions for installing. My cabinet guy luckily was here and told them how to do it. They refused o take the doors off to install it. They were pushing on the doors, which if done long enough will bend the metal doors. They refused to put the decorative grill on the bottom of the oven. Again the cabinet guy will be doing that for me. The men were pleasant but they really just wanted to go on to the next job!

    The jury is out on the oven but the supposed installation was a scam. The crew was good but a wall oven requires more than just plugging it in. They charged $175 extra because the wires attached to the oven were not long enough to reach the existing junction box. They had no ability to center the appliance in the opening and left a huge gap we had to fill ourselves. Disappointing at best.

    Drivers left the stove in middle of living room. Issue with delivery drivers attitude. Stated couldn’t install or take back. We are currently trying to install ourselves. Would never recommend.

    The person who measured did not do his job. The installers did poor work and left a 3" gap at the top. They charged us extra to recess an electric box that did not have to be done if they had installed correctly. Hired local carpenter to repair their work, at my expense.

    The managers and employees of the Best Buy store are great but the 3rd party installation team is the worst of the worst. They are not able to accomplish the install, miss appointment times, and cause property damage and do not seem to care. My ovens are still not installed and I am going to have to hire a kitchen company to complete what I paid Best Buy to do.

    It haws been over a month and no refund or communication about that. We even purchased another over=n and when trying to get that delivery. However, Best Buy continues to try and deliver the wrong model. My hope is this can all get fixed quicker for the rest of you.

    The install was a failure ! The oven was installed incorrectly Not level and they damaged my cabinet in the process. I filed a claim and it was denied as the installer lied and said it was damaged before they started I guess to cover his back! I now am stuck to fix it on my own and pay another installer. So I now paid twice for this install!

    Worst service i have ever had they dropped it off the first time and just left it didnt tell me that additional parts would be needed. Second installer with terrible attitude told me that i should have had a o0 degree elbow part and the first installers were amateurs who did not know what they were doing and that is why they could not install it.

    The installers never came. They stated they did. I have a large locked gate around the property. We had to install it ourselves. I got a refund. The items are wonderful. But you need to make sure they do not fraud people
