    Ruined cabinets

    Didn’t show up or call before many appointments until they finally came. The installers did horrible job. Ruined my custom kitchen cabinets and charged 700 bucks for this, of course Best Buy was paid too for install, as of over a month later no one from Best Buy has helped or rectified

    Horrendous service from Best Buy. Advisor came to measure before order was placed, when installers came, the oven was too big, I extended the space and arranged another installation date and no one turned up. I have been waiting almost 3 months and nothing. Such horrible and disappointing service from Bestbuy.

    I would give Best Buy delivery and install negative stars if I could. Twice they didn’t show or call. Then when they finally came, the installer refused to install. I followed the prep guide exactly. Installer made up new preparations on the spot. I will never use their delivery and install service again.

    Best buy/ Geek squad does not do the installation. They hire out 3rd party contractors. This means they take no responsibility when appointments are constantly rescheduled or the tech doesn't show up. Going on 6 weeks of several appointments scheduled to try and get an oven installed with no success.

    Terrible service by Best Buy. They kept tell us it was coming even at 8:30 at night when we knew it was not and the window was from 7 am to 7 pm

    Damaged wall oven cabinet.

    Brand new wall oven cabinet is damaged during installation of the oven. Your installers need better equipment...appliance dollies that can be vertically raised and lowered. This would have avoided the damage. Now I have to have a custom drawer front fabricated by the cabinet company, at significant cost.

    Malfunctioning immediately after installation. Took forever to get replaced. New replacement works but top oven takes forever to preheat. Bottom oven preheats fast but doesn’t seem to get as hot as the top. Would not purchase again!

    The items have not been used because we need to get them off of display mode. They were purchased open box and so far they don't work. Please help.

    FIRST INSTALL ATTEMPT FOUND BROKEN OVEN GLASS. PLUS NO SHOW OF THE PRE-INSTALL REVIEWER MEANT THE INCORRECT ASSERTIONS OF BEST BUY THAT A TRIM KIT EXISTED WAS NEVER REVEALED UNTIL INSTALL. CUSTOM TRIM KIT COST $400 FOR SECOND INSTALL ATTEMPT.

    I will never again by another appliance from BestBuy my install has been rescheduled six times I paid for the total tech program, thinking it would be seamless. This is been the biggest headache of my life.

    Awful experience the installation team cost me more in damages than my purchase. I don't understand how a big outfit like best buy subcontracts with such unprofessional and irresponsible vendors. I'm still waiting to hear from best buy's claims department.

    Order in multiple installments instead of one go. All 3 equipment installed incorrect. Damage to door and walls from installers

    I can’t even get my oven installed. Been getting the run around. I’ve lost 3 days of vacation time because of this. Been on hold all day. Been told different things to the installer is enroute to nope they aren’t.

    Absolutely terrible service from the installers. They didn’t haul away the old item, even though I paid for the haul away service, and they couldn’t lift the oven, so I had to help. Absolutely terrible

    installers did not know how to install and had to return 3 weeks later to correct the proble. When added to the fridge that didn't fit after your tech guy measured everything.

    Installer had to removed a piece of loos timber from the frames bottom. The asked for $100 extra, and it took them 5 seconds or less to remove it.

    Servicemen did an excellent job. Waiting over 12 months and dealing with Best Buy customer service was beyond frustrating. I will never buy from Best Buy again.
