Total waste of money and a day off work. Already payed for delivery seperate from this "install" fee which says it includes delivery. The installer was not qualified or willing to hook up the electric because it was not located where he wanted it. I payed $249.99 for the oven to be unboxed, slide in place and 4 screws to be put In. Now I buy an new pig tail for $60 and take out the screws remove oven ,install pig tail , plug in, test and reinstall into cabinet. So glad I paid $249.99 so I could redo all the work. Reconfirms my original opinion of Best Buy. I want a refund of the install fee.

I had one cracked cabinet corner from the previous install 8 years ago. Now I have symmetry as all 4 are cracked. Asked the install team to check the level. I was insistent to the point I handed them my level. They did not use it and of course it is not level. Left a 1/2 in opening along the bottom as they did not have the correct trim pieces.

Punctual, efficient, polite, good communication, tidy. Good experience.
