Oven units were delivered in perfect condition. Installers were very professional and did a terrific job. They worked diligently and removed the old unit and shipping from the new unit. They made sure we were comfortable operating the new units. A great experience.

We had some not so positive issues with the first install team that came out on April 20th. They were NOT able to install the oven. We then had an EXCELLENT father and son team come from the expert installation team on April 26th and they got the oven installed - thanks to Kim with ABC Installations

The installer was professional, polite, and happy to make sure that the installation was done right. When he left, the oven was in working order, the area was cleaned, and any possible difficulties had been resolved. We would recommend this installer.

Removal of the existing and installation of the new oven microwave combo was very smooth and they cleaned up everything and works excellent

I love my new ovens. They cook better than my 30 year old ones. And they look great.

As I've mentioned whenever asked, our installers were excellent. They were careful and respectful, they were able to shave down the cabinet frame to fit the slightly larger than the replaced ovens, and moved the upper cabinet doors up to clear the new ovens. It all fits perfectly and the ovens work beautifully, also.

This story is an example of a difficult sale that is longer than 50 characters will allow and heading down a rocky road. Impressed with first problem and headed into BB and handled well and beautifully by floor manager. Second problem went through at least 5 foreign operators until I hit Eric from BB and in America. From there a perfect conclusion. Excellent job Eric of BB America.

Two man crew removed and hauled away my old wall oven and installed my new wall oven. Great guys, knowledgeable and professional. Very happy with them and the service they provided!

This oven is awesome but so expensive. It fit like a glove. Best buy with there insulation team came on time and with 30 minutes it was installed.

Guys came in to install the oven as a replacement of the old one which gave up on us. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes, leaving the place clean. Good professional service.

There was an issue with a part not being included when the oven was installed. The installer contacted the proper personnel at Best Buy. Ultimately, the missing part was ordered and installed. I appreciate the follow through.

Kitchen appliances are beautiful. With a total kitchen remodel I'm so glad I went with Best Buy. And the Total Tech is totally worth it.

The company that came out and installed the unit was top notch. 5 stars all day long. This same crew came out and installed a glass cooktop about a year before and it was great. I was happy to see them when they arrived as I knew the installation would be done correctly.

RNW Logistics (Wael's team) came and helped us with the install of our double oven. Originally, we knew it was not going to fit but had to come on the delivery truck since we ordered other appliances. Wael was able to look further into this and made it work and we were quite pleased. We were thankful to him and his team for great work and professionalism. We had another delivery crew and they were fine but could not fit our fridge. I contacted Wael, and they were able to come over and make the fridge fit. The delivery crew should have known to do one simple thing and it would have fit before they left.

This is a beautiful oven and it cooks great. The team that installed was awesome as well. Very happy with this purchase.

Knowledgeable, professional, neat. They did a good job and were nice to work with. Very convenient. If you can afford it, it's worth it to avoid the hassle of installing it yourself.

My oven was installed perfectly. Needed the cabinet modified to fit the new oven and the team did a great job. They were onetime and knew what they were doing to get the job done

We finally got our LG double ovens installed and it was worth the wait. They work great and look fantastic too.
