My New Whirlpool Wall Oven Looks Fantastic…

Bad: Late, no communication from them or the store. Acted as if we were unreasonable to expect them to be on time. Not happy with the install crew, which, contrary to what the salesman promised, was a subcontractor not a store crew. Unapologetic

He explained what he was doing as he went (to a curious audience) and trimmed the cabinet slightly so the new stove would fit.

Love my Kitchen Aide oven!

The installation went perfectly and the two installers were great

Each of the two ovens has six possible levels to put the three racks. Temperature is right on when combined to an oven thermometer. Looks very nice too!

Kitchenaid Double Wall Oven

The installer contacted the proper personnel at Best Buy. Ultimately, the missing part was ordered and installed. I appreciate the follow through.
