We have had two installs of the same oven - the first installers - knew it was a defective oven and installed it anyway - said they would "call it in" - they did not - they get 1 start. The second crew of installers came after we were on the phone with customer service for 6 hours and made a trip to the store - they did a good job, but the second (new) warming oven was defective and at that point we just decided to keep the (first new) defective warming oven because we were done dealing with Best Buy

Installer were terrific. They solved all install problems and were clean, courteous, and worked hard to get the ovens to fit correctly without harming the wood trim of my cabinets.

I love the many options that this oven has. With an air fryer and air sous vide, I can put away my other small appliance. I also love the simplicity of this oven and microwave combo.

This wall oven is exactly what we were looking for! The features feel really modern and so far we have no complaints with its functionality!

The Whirlpool Wall Oven fit perfectly into the space from which we removed the old wall oven. The new wall oven looks great. The installation team did an awesome job.

Microwave cooks unevenly. No instruction manual was provided for microwave or oven. I can't believe KitchenAid allows Best Buy to sell their products without instructions.

Received excellent service. The Geek Squad arrived on time and got to work installing my double oven. They did a great job and were friendly, professional, and answered my questions. Before they left, they cleaned up behind themselves.

The installers were prompt, friendly, good communicators and did the (rather simple job) with dispatch and competence. BestBuy's inability to get the product into their hands in a timely fashion is quite another matter.

This oven is a replacement for a previous purchase of the same model. This oven works great.

We had A&J come to do the installation and additional modification work to compensate for the shorter LG Microwave/Convection Combination Wall Oven replacing the old Double Wall Oven. The workmanship is great and the oven was installed without any issue.

Good: Knew what they were doing and fast once they got here. Bad: Late, no communication from them or the store. Acted as if we were unreasonable to expect them to be on time. Not happy with the install crew, which, contrary to what the salesman promised, was a subcontractor not a store crew. Unapologetic

The installers were quick, clean and professional. He explained what he was doing as he went (to a curious audience) and trimmed the cabinet slightly so the new stove would fit.

Appliance team was great -- called ahead of appointment, showed up promptly, were neat and efficient, and gave me a tutorial on the oven before they left.

I am very pleased with the Kitchen Aide Double Oven....so glad we switched from Jenn Air...it fit perfectly in the opening with no adjustments needed. The installation went perfectly and the two installers were great
