Many failed attempts

The first was great. Unfortunately they couldn’t install the gas dryer (code violation) can’t install gas dryer in a bathroom anymore in Maryland. I got an electrician, a dryer plug . Next crew didn’t bring the dryer! 3 times the charm . Still another crew they were not very friendly and complained about putting my back door back on . It was free

Fast Easy Installation

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely top notch, Jose and his co-worker are the best installers that I ever encountered, they called ahead of time to let me know that they were on the way and then when the showed up, they had the installation done in record time, incredible, also they were very professional and very courtesy, I am having a washing machine installed next month and hope very much that I get them again for the installation, thank you Jose.

Install was great - Fast and Painless

Second time - technician was rude. Asked questions as if - we did not know what we were talking about. Started off questionable - with the phone call stating they were on the way. He seemed as if he were upset about us exchanging the product. Gave a 4-star because the first technician was professional.
