That was not an issue with the delivery team, who kept us informed on what to expect. So good communication from the delivery team. Warehouse found it and it was delivered on the next day. Good delivery crew: nice, experienced and kept us informed about the status, and BTW responsive to calls.

Installation not complete - not all parts provided
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.To be fair to the installers, this unit was an "open package" produce that I purchased from the Best Buy showroom floor. None of us knew that some of the parts were missing. The salesman assured me that the product had been tested before we purchased it, but he was unaware that the original package included water connections for a "steam" function on the dryer. The installers did not get those parts, so we had to solve the problem later with Best Buy - and the store did at no charge.
