Did a great quick job of installing. Would like to have them explain a little more about functions before leaving.

The delivery guy Justin did a good job however he was not taught the difference in dryers. The person who sold me the installation kit did not know that my dryer didn't need a steam install kit. They did refund my money with no problem. I also had to pay for a separate service for the delivery guy to switch the doors. Not cool!

Friendly, courteous, and answered all my questions. All that with a quick installation had me glad I had a Best Buy Team do the job.

Electric dryer installation was done professionally.

Hook-up and connection went perfectly and I am pleased with overall performance.

Our service technicians arrived for our appointment promptly as scheduled. They removed our old dryer, cleaned out the space under it, resolved the problem by having the correct vent kit on their truck to replace the incorrect one we had been advised to purchase in the store, and managed to squeeze our wider new dryer in through our barely wide enough door with no damage done to either our door or their fingers. We were very pleased with the professionalism displayed by our technicians. They did an excellent job with our dryer installation!
